I called a well known competitor who i was paying monthly subscription and they couldnt get out until Tuesday. Arthur came out the same day of the call. Comfort Authority made good on their promise to correct a problem without charge that I had with my AC. This happened after a routine maintenance check failed to uncover a problem. I would use them again since they take customer satisfaction seriously.
The worked performed was under warranty for parts and labor. So I paid nothing out of pocket. Both the plumbing inspector, Frank, and the A/C inspector, Tyson, were very professional and performed their inspections inside my home using foot covers to protect my flooring. I was very pleased with their visit and the time it took to repair the A/C.
