Luis came out and fixed everything! Air conditioners cost alot so you want to be confident about the quality of your equipment, how it's installed, and how it's maintained. The Comfort Authority delivers on all 3 of these issues and they made the purchase of my new AC an easy and seamless experience from start to finish.

After getting estimates from 3 other companies, who spent an average 30 minutes, and could not address my needs, I decided to further explore highly rated air conditioner companies, and came across The Comfort Authority. They lived up to their great reviews, from the initial contact phone call all the way to the… Read full review

We were new to Florida so we had no idea who the reputable contractors were for AC maintenance. The reviews online included enough narrative that I decided to give them a try. Overall experience has been extremely positive.
