Great experience with the installation team (shirt, Gary & James). Three hard working guys that never took a break over the 6 hour installation. Clean, professional and took the time to explain everything they were doing and about the new HVAC system.
Water Heater replacement, once the new unit was here, Dalton was in and out!!! Thank You!
I called the Comfort Authority because I was not happy with my previous HVAC service company. I chose them based on universally positive reviews on Google, Better Business Bureau, Yelp and Angie's List. Making an appointment was easy. Rick Haven arrived on schedule and listened patiently as I explained all the…
Peter and his installation team did an excellent job replacing one of our AC units and its air handler. They were timely, proficient, and very careful. We are very pleased thus far with the performance of the new unit.

This is the 2 nd time I’ve used this company. Consistently prompt, friendly and professional. Peter repaired the duct work and was wonderful. Claude was the tech who came this time and was so nice and informative. Than you
We were new to Florida so we had no idea who the reputable contractors were for AC maintenance. The reviews online included enough narrative that I decided to give them a try. Overall experience has been extremely positive.
Would recommend for sure. They were fast to respond and did a great job installing. Sales rep was great and installers were all friendly and professional.
UPDATE 5: TRUST! One of their techs accidentally damaged part of the system causing some water damage. Comfort Authority made it right! TRUST! UPDATE 4: New problem in system resolved professionally by Glenn B, once again. UPDATE 3: AC shutdown due to the algae crap that builds up. GLENN B. showed up on…
Comfort Authority is best in class when it comes to HVAC installation/ new units and servicing on the front and back end. Eric and Glenn were hands down the best technicians I have ever had. They walked me through every step of the process and did a full debrief after. They took the time to understand my situation and recommend remedies that fit my budget.
Update: We had yet another great experience with our tech, Michael Kennedy. He was extremely professional and just an overall nice guy. He helped us with some issues we were having with out two ACs following a power surge. He diagnosed the issues quickly and offered us options. What I appreciate about the…
They keep emailing me after visits asking me to leave a review so here it is: Trying to understand all the good reviews I’ve seen and figure out if we’re just extremely unlucky or what, but definitely wouldn’t choose them again. Nothing but issues with a brand new unit that we probably overpaid for. We have had them…
Peter and team were professional, efficient and kept the area clean. The air is cool and crisp. I am delighted with the service.
Needed to replace a failing AC System. From diagnostics to Sales to Installation everything went smoothly. We were complete informed about everything we needed and what was to be done. As far as pricing goes, we ended up with a much better system for significantly less money than the competitors estimates. The…
They were able to assess the state of my current system and were extremely informative and willing to explain all the details of what was going on all while giving options to resolve the issue. I definitely felt like they had my best interests in mind and not just selling me an expensive system for no reason .
From initial contact to final walkthrough after installation was seamless and smooth. James came out to provide us a second opinion and was very pleasant and informative. He made us feel confident about moving forward with Comfort Authority. Then we met with Derrick the same day he gave us a competitive price and…

Chase with the comfort authority was very kind and responsive. He completed my yearly cleaning/ inspection and found growth within the air handler. Chase did an excellent job. I’ve been using CA for years for new systems and maintenance. Highly recommended. If ever you have an issue, they will do everything to correct it.
Our tech Gerald came by today to do a check up on our system that we purchased from The Comfort Authority and which they installed. Terrific service, and very professional and friendly. Our experience with this company continues to be great.
Excellent service, great system installed and very happy with their service and product. We had an ac system and complete ductwork installed and now being maintained. Highly recommend.
Best AC company around. I’ve learned the hard way that you get what you pay for. They have replaced 4 “bargain” HVAC systems for us on our home and rental properties. If you’re looking for great products, responsive, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and quality installation and repair, this is your company.
Great products, service plans, and costumer service. Our service tech, Frank B, is always happy to answer our questions and let us know what we need to keep an eye on. Highly recommend
Shouts to The Comfort Authority for doing an incredible job today! On Tuesday night my 17 year old HVAC said nighty, night forever. Wednesday afternoon their team members Chris and Derek showed up and confirmed the compressor was shot. They gave a thorough explanation that even a pleb like me could understand of all…
When you’re used to subpar or mediocre customer service from other companies, it’s such a breath of fresh air when you experience EXCELLENT customer service from this company. Good experience with Comfort Authority. They quotes my system the same day I called, and it was installed two days later. Joe and Seth did good work with all aspects of the install and were very respectful of the house and my family. Glad I chose this company for my AC installation.
The workers we had were wonderful!! They were very respectful of our house and even swept/vacuumed when they finished!! Absolutely great service people and they’re installation was incredible too :)

Amazing experience with Chase he was super helpful and came after hours to help with our unit in the attic. Found out the whole thing needs to be replaced, very helpful, timely, and did his best to make sure everything went smoothly for us. Super great company!
Our A/C recently went out and The Comfort Authority was great to work with. Specifically, Chris D. was amazing! We had a new a/c unit installed a couple of weeks ago. I waited until the final inspection was complete before writing my review, just to be cautious of anything that may come up. It really wasn't necessary to wait because everything went so smoothly! We first met with Derek to discuss our options. He presented…
Visit within 2 hrs of first contact. Very professional amd explained everything so detailed and service for installment the next day, I could not be any happier about this service!
We had CA install our AC a few years ago, and before installation of course they were all attentive, nice, on time with everything.
