Hi Srijeet, we're disappointed to see this review, particularly because of the extensive efforts our team made to safely care for Venom during his stay. During his stay, Venom displayed significant protective and guarding behaviors toward multiple members of our team. When we contacted you about the situation and asked whether he could be picked up, you let us know that wasn't possible and advised us to simply feed him until pickup. Instead, our team adjusted our handling procedures and found a safe alternative that allowed us to continue providing Venom with care, space, bathroom opportunities, and attention while also protecting our staff. We even accommodated an additional night at your request. It was only after these incidents occurred that we were informed of Venom's history of protective behavior around his person. Information regarding known guarding or protective behaviors is extremely important and needs to be disclosed prior to a stay so that we can make appropriate decisions for the safety of the dog and the people caring for them. We stand behind the care our team provided Venom and the considerable effort they made to safely accommodate his needs.
