They are understaffed right now so getting them to the job can be delayed. They flew Tevin in last night to help out and he was great. He got the job done and fully replaced our old and broken pully system and spring system in Seattle. All working great now.
My garage door opener stopped working due to a broken spring, and Tommy came out the next day to give me an estimate. He was also able to complete the job on that same day after I accepted. I highly recommend this company for garage door repair!

I am torn about my rating this company so low. The actual work aspect by the technician was 5 star excellent and the support/managerial involvement was terrible. The technician did an amazing job. He was competent, helpful, engaging and a credit to the company. He was sensitive to all of the issues about wrong part and the repeated reschedules and did what he could to step up and make the repairs happen and keep me in the loop. The customer service on the other hand was terrible. They identified and then forgot to order the special part my door needed. Their time windows for arrival were unrealistic and they had to cancel and reschedule twice- requiring me to be home for long periods of time. It took 3 technician visits and 8 phone calls with various managers and schedulers to get the work done. The scope of work for the repair started at $2,500 and ended up being a couple hundred dollars. Not very trust inspiring.
Knowledgeable, friendly and thorough work. Called about the problem in the morning and it was solved by the afternoon. Daniel did a fantastic job!
