Tevyn came to my home in Seattle and provided programming service. It spent patient time getting me up and running again!
5+++ Rating! Highly recommend without any hesitation! I didn't have time to call around to make appointments. They had easy online booking and an instant confirmation of a suitable time frame of my choice the very same day. Received a call 90 minutes prior to arrival. Tevyn B arrived promptly at my home right on…
I am torn about my rating this company so low. The actual work aspect by the technician was 5 star excellent and the support/managerial involvement was terrible. The technician did an amazing job. He was competent, helpful, engaging and a credit to the company. He was sensitive to all of the issues about wrong part…
They wanted to be sure all was done right and also answered my various questions. Danuel and Bryce were both knowledgeable and professional!
Tommy was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. You couldn’t have a more capable technician representing The Garage Door Works.
Very friendly and did everything we asked!
The technician that came out was thoughtful, and very professional and a grest troubleshooter. He disclosed what he was going to do and the cost, as well as being proficient at his job. He also did some adjustments that would have been a safety issue for me in the future; took time to explain all of the new…
Talon came same day on a Sunday and gave me a good, honest price and fixed my broken garage door spring same day. Services Seattle, Issaquah, Bellevue and beyond. Very impressed - HIGHLY recommend!
Clayton did an amazing job! Very knowledgeable, hardworking, and kind. Really knows his stuff. Pride in workmanship was impressive. He explained different options for getting my garage door back to working order after the old motor died. Anderson’s Door Co., (the previous company) actually built and installed my…
We had a highly squeaky garage door, bad. Daniel was our technician & was excellent. Assessed the issues, showed them to me. We had frayed cables & 4 worn-out springs, expected on our older well-used garage door. On the spot, Daniel provided me with an itemized quote & it was fair for the work. Our garage door feels…
Great work from this company as always. Daniel was friendly professional thorough and helpful. Will call in the future if needed
Our garage door was not closing consistently. Garage Door Works was very easy to schedule and came out within a few hours of my request. The technician was very knowledgeable, friendly and helped to determine that my 35 year-old opener was on its last legs. He was able to replace the opener within a few hours.…
Great team. On time. Job well done & a helpful front office took the time to help me make the best choice in doors
Just want to shout out Jared Prather. Thanks for your help!
What excellent service! Mackenzie was so helpful in getting me a quick appointment as my cars were stuck in the garage! Jarred was so professional and friendly when he arrived to replace the springs on my garage door! He was prepared with the parts and explained everything! I was very happy with my service!
I was very impressed with the service technicians that came to assist with a garage door issue. Most important, beyond fixing the issue in record time, they sent reminders day before, kept me apprised of arrival time, were quick to assess and educate and super friendly and nice. Five stars!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS - DISHONEST!!! WILL SAY ANYTHING TO GET YOUR MONEY!! EDIT: I called them as asked, the next day at 8:30am. I BEGGED the young man who said the person who could help me, to have them call me back. I talked to a supervisor. I begged HER. They PROMISED this time, lucky #6, someone would definitely…
UPDATE: This time, my garage door was accidentally damaged and the bottom section was badly bent. Tommy came within 3 hours after connecting the company and after carefully looked at the damage, he explained my options in detail. He was able to straighten and reinforce the damaged bottom section with additional…
Outstanding service !
Superb tech support for our garage door that had a misaligned sensor. Our tech Leo was super fast and efficient at diagnosing the misalignment and fixing it.
We called this company to fix a problem with the garage door track, and they had a technician out to fix it the next morning. He was clear in his diagnosis of the problem, provided an estimate of needed work, suggested additional (optional for the moment) but needed maintenance on 10 year old springs, and fixed the…
Tommy was great installing new springs and motor in Woodinville Wa. The Garage Works team was very helpful and responsive when our door was failing.
I had to have a Piano out of my garage immediately, found my garage door off the track and other problems that caused it. They were able to come within a couple hours. Very impressed with their service and kindness.

This company our HOA had worked with before with a prior garage repair and maintenance. They came at the earliest possible time in their repair time window at 8am, they were competent offering good advice and recommendations, they weren't cheap, but they did quality work and got our garage door working again. We…
