5+++ Rating! Highly recommend without any hesitation! I didn't have time to call around to make appointments. They had easy online booking and an instant confirmation of a suitable time frame of my choice the very same day. Received a call 90 minutes prior to arrival. Tevyn B arrived promptly at my home right on…
My garage door opener stopped working due to a broken spring, and Tommy came out the next day to give me an estimate. He was also able to complete the job on that same day after I accepted. I highly recommend this company for garage door repair!
Knowledgable and helpful! Fast friendly service. Will refer and use them again!
I am torn about my rating this company so low. The actual work aspect by the technician was 5 star excellent and the support/managerial involvement was terrible. The technician did an amazing job. He was competent, helpful, engaging and a credit to the company. He was sensitive to all of the issues about wrong part…
Gabe came to Kirkland and lubed the door. Did great!
Tommy was quick and fair with the spring replacement and the door reinforcement. Very communicative and drove all the way to granite falls to help us fix this issue!
Tommy did a fantastic job! He replaced our spring and reinforced the door within an hour. Came all the way to granite falls and was very professional and quick. Talked to me through the process and got it done for a great price!
Tommy was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. You couldn’t have a more capable technician representing The Garage Door Works.
Jordan was great, he was polite, honest, personable, gave great information and worked with us to get the antiquated garage door system removed and the new one up and running quietly and smoothly. He worked diligently in the cold garage for the entire morning and left us with a beautiful clean system. Thank you,…
The technician that came out was thoughtful, and very professional and a grest troubleshooter. He disclosed what he was going to do and the cost, as well as being proficient at his job. He also did some adjustments that would have been a safety issue for me in the future; took time to explain all of the new…
Was able to get our garage door back in working order. Thank you
Talon came same day on a Sunday and gave me a good, honest price and fixed my broken garage door spring same day. Services Seattle, Issaquah, Bellevue and beyond. Very impressed - HIGHLY recommend!
Clayton did an amazing job! Very knowledgeable, hardworking, and kind. Really knows his stuff. Pride in workmanship was impressive. He explained different options for getting my garage door back to working order after the old motor died. Anderson’s Door Co., (the previous company) actually built and installed my…
We had a highly squeaky garage door, bad. Daniel was our technician & was excellent. Assessed the issues, showed them to me. We had frayed cables & 4 worn-out springs, expected on our older well-used garage door. On the spot, Daniel provided me with an itemized quote & it was fair for the work. Our garage door feels…
Easy communication with scheduling & the tech, Tommy, was punctual, super knowledgeable & presented great options with thorough explanations of each. Very satisfied with the service, the product and the price!!

Tech was on time, worked efficiently and cleaned up immaculately. He patiently explained how the new, upgraded doors worked. He was friendly, polite and a pleasure to have him working at our home.
Tommy was great! and we are so lucky to have Tommy helping us with the garage door remote control and a small adjustment to the garage door. Tommy was there at our home right on time and on the dot. Tommy was very helpful and very friendly and knowledgeable. This is the second time we call the Garage Door and definitely will use them again.
