A technician named Tommy did an annual maintenance for our garage door in our house in Redmond. He added a strut for the door to reinforce the bottom section. Impressed by his work. Also taking appointment and task done on same day in few hours. That was so quick.

I apologize I forgot my technician’s name. I place a call at 10 am and by 3pm the tec was here . And by 430pm it was finished . The tec saved me 10 percent up front so instead of paying 3500 it only cost my 1300 for a total rebuild of a garage. This is the first time I used them and they were Great

Quick response and scheduling for next day. Knowledgeable and fairly priced. Still giving 5 stars but I wish I received a summary of the work in a line item receipt with warranty information and pictures for my records. I was not onsite for the repair. Overall great experience though.
