My garage door opener stopped working due to a broken spring, and Tommy came out the next day to give me an estimate. He was also able to complete the job on that same day after I accepted. I highly recommend this company for garage door repair!

Knowledgable and helpful! Fast friendly service. Will refer and use them again!

Daniel was great! Professional, efficient, personable. Left the garage tidy. I will definitely recommend him.

I am torn about my rating this company so low. The actual work aspect by the technician was 5 star excellent and the support/managerial involvement was terrible. The technician did an amazing job. He was competent, helpful, engaging and a credit to the company. He was sensitive to all of the issues about wrong part… Read full review

We had a highly squeaky garage door, bad. Daniel was our technician & was excellent. Assessed the issues, showed them to me. We had frayed cables & 4 worn-out springs, expected on our older well-used garage door. On the spot, Daniel provided me with an itemized quote & it was fair for the work. Our garage door was not closing consistently. Garage Door Works was very easy to schedule and came out within a few hours of my request. Michael Beaver was wonderful. I had a broken spring and he clearly stated the cost of that repair & described the benefits of also replacing the bearings & glides. It was quite a bit more than I was expecting to pay. I am quite a skeptical lass - but his genuine nature and sincere explanation made it an easy decision.

Really appreciated the excellent service and the <24 hour response from Tommy to repair our door after our spring failed and needed to be replaced.

I live in Snoqualmie WA and garage door springs broke and Tommy came the next day to fix it. He did an excellent job fixing it and also help with alignment issues. I’d highly recommend garage door works for your needs!

A technician named Tommy did an annual maintenance for our garage door in our house in Redmond. He added a strut for the door to reinforce the bottom section. Impressed by his work. Also taking appointment and task done on same day in few hours. That was so quick.

I had two of my garage doors replace with new ones and it was a horrible experience with this company! Very Poor communication, and Very Poor craftmanship across the board. After being RESCHEDULED TWICE the tech that came out was great. Each time rescheduling tgey complained about being shirt staffed. I had an issue trying to program an additional remote, only one provided with a $1,300.00 opener. An appointment scheduled again was needing to be changed due to short staffing. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE CONCERNS.

Daniel did a great job. He was very friendly, gave us an honest assessment and worked with me being remote during the repair showing me the issues over face time allowing me to make my repair decision. I ultimately went with a slightly more expensive full repair and I’m hoping it lasts another 10 years. We had a… Read full review
