Michael Beaver was wonderful. I had a broken spring and he clearly stated the cost of that repair & described the benefits of also replacing the bearings & glides. It was quite a bit more than I was expecting to pay. I am quite a skeptical lass - but his genuine nature and sincere explanation made it an easy decision.

Really appreciated the excellent service and the <24 hour response from Tommy to repair our door after our spring failed and needed to be replaced.

I live in Snoqualmie WA and garage door springs broke and Tommy came the next day to fix it. He did an excellent job fixing it and also help with alignment issues. I’d highly recommend garage door works for your needs!

A technician named Tommy did an annual maintenance for our garage door in our house in Redmond. He added a strut for the door to reinforce the bottom section. Impressed by his work. Also taking appointment and task done on same day in few hours. That was so quick.

I had two of my garage doors replace with new ones and it was a horrible experience with this company! Very Poor communication, and Very Poor craftmanship across the board. After being RESCHEDULED TWICE the tech that came out was great. Each time rescheduling tgey complained about being shirt staffed. I had an issue trying to program an additional remote, only one provided with a $1,300.00 opener. An appointment scheduled again was needing to be changed due to short staffing. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE CONCERNS.

Excellent company, excellent service , and friendly/knowledgable technician. We had a 24-year old garage door opener that stopped working. These guys came and got us up and running again. Perfect. Thanks.

Friendly and professional service

The technician arrived the same day, which was great. However, for a quick 5-minute job, the charge was about $100. All that was done was resetting the travel limits. To make it last longer, the technician spent a bit long on testing, than necessasry and lubricating the railings. In my opinion, the amount charged was quite high.

The installer, Gerrald, was very prompt and helpful. I appreciate that their dispatcher called 30 minutes before arrival. He had 3 garage door openers to choose from on his truck. While the pricing was not the most affordable, the service was top-notch from the initial call to the final installation.

During the visit, I have decided to install new system to eliminate heavy noise from old system.
