My dogs Oso and Zoey absolutely love going to Gold Leash Daycare! They get so excited every time they go, and it’s clear how much they enjoy being there. The people are wonderful, caring, and truly treat the dogs like their own. I’ve had a great experience at both the Naperville and Carol Stream locations, and the…
Amazing experience so far, wonderful and caring staff. My dog actually never wants to leave here because she has so much fun with her friends lol ..I say you want to go to “day care” and she starts getting the zommies and runs right to the door. Thanks for taking great care of the puppy !!
I have to say, the people here are truly one in a million. In over 25 years of owning dogs—including Heelers, Labs, and English Cream Goldens—I have never been one to use a boarding facility or daycare. My dogs are my children, and trusting someone else with them has never come easily. This place is absolutely…
My pet was very well taken care of and I would highly recommend the Gold Leash to anyone needing boarding options.
Great experience for our high-energy yellow lab puppy! Very well loved and cared for - we've used both daycare and overnight stay services.
My dog loves GoldLeash. They are very accommodating and treat her well the time she spends with other dogs so great to see.
Wonderful staff & my dog LOVES it! Every time we bring Maya, she is welcomed by friendly staff that love being there. Maya is a little older and has some occasional hip issues and whenever it acts up, they text me to let me know which I greatly appreciate. I trust them to take good care of her.
They have been awesome! We have lived all over the country the last 6 years with our dog and have used many different daycare/borders. The Gold Leash has been at the very top of our list! Our Dalmatian can be particular, but when we get out of the car he pulls us to get to their door and is excited to leave us…
Gold Leash has been really wonderful to our family. My puppy Nugget has some chewing issues and they tried to work with her so that she can still maintain her desire to chew and be safe as well. I was nervous when they said that they are transferring her from Carol Stream to the Naperville location. But Nugget…
We are so grateful for the wonderful care our dog received during her 7-day stay in Naperville. Leaving your pet behind is never easy, but the daily updates and photos gave us complete peace of mind. She came home happy, healthy, and clearly well loved. Thank you to the entire team for treating her like family. We…
We love boarding our dog here! The staff takes great care of him!
Ethel’s first boarding experience was awesome. When we picked her up she was excited to see us after 5 days but what made us equally happy was that so showed no signs of the desire to leave. 4/2025 update - We were away for 2 weeks. Gold Leash took great care of Ethel. We saw frequent pictures of her playing.…
Love the experience we have had at the Naperville location. Every time I drop my boys off, the staff greets them with such love and calls them by name. They leave happy and exhausted ❤️
We have had nothing but positive experiences with The Gold Leash. We have boarded our 3 year old pup, Bandit, there and sent him to daycare dozens times. He loves playing with the dogs and the staff and he comes home happy and tired. I really appreciate the level of care their staff provides, they really go above…
We love the Gold Leash! Our dogs, Daisy and Winnie, always have the best time there and it is comforting to know that we can trust them to be well cared for and loved when we're busy or out of town!
My pup is usually very nervous when it comes to new people and other dogs, but since bringing her to the Gold Leash, she has really come out of her shell! I definitely feel like she is in good hands with the staff! :)
Our dog, Corey, loves going to Gold Leash! She loves to play with other dogs and she gets plenty of attention from the staff. She always comes home happy after boarding! That is a huge plus for us because Corey is shy and anxious. Thank you Gold Leash! We know Corey is well taken care of when she is there.
This is a wonderful place for your pet.
We always feel like we are leaving our dog in good hands whether for overnight boarding or daycare. The staff is also friendly.
We have used The Gold Leash in Naperville for a couple of years now for boarding and daycare. Every visit the dogs have been well cared for and the staff have been nothing but helpful in all fronts, from check in, to the dogs stay, and beyond. I couldn’t recommend them more.
Friendly atmosphere. You can tell each person there tryly cares about your pup and the care they receive. Each time I came everyone had smiles and were ready to welcome your pup. My doggy came home happy and tired. Worked for me!
We bring our chaotic Australian Shepard here for boarding and daycare. She comes home so tired and happy every time! I am so trusting of them and they make her stays seamless. I love getting the furever reports at the end of her day! They are so kind and always excited to see her when we drop off. I know she is well taken care every time!
We love Gold Leash! They are great with our pup and he loves to play with all his friends. Staff is always willing to work with you and they truly care about you and your pup!
Absolutely LOVE The Gold Leash in Naperville! Our Kala girl loves going there and it’s her home away from home. Every time we bring her and say she’s going to day camp, she’ll run to the door in excitement. The next day even if she’s not going, she’ll still run to the door because she’s so excited. Plus the staff is…
Sam absolutely loves Gold Leash Naperville, and so do we! He is very well taken care of, loved, and gets super excited just at the sound of “daycare”. We love getting his Furever reports with all of his adorable photos. The staff members are professional, friendly, and truly seem to care about their jobs.
Gold Leash is truly the perfect place for our little Malshie, Raja. He absolutely loves it there and the staff treats him like family. Kait and Apifany are amazing and so are all the other staff members who take care of Raja. We know that Raja is in great hands at the Gold Leash and we know that he’s safe and…
My dog is always cared for and always attended to, but during peak/holiday seasons he receives less immediate care due to the influx of dogs being cared for. He always comes back super thirsty but that may just be my dog specifically. The staff is always friendly and courteous of any concerns I may have, and they…
