The people are wonderful, caring, and truly treat the dogs like their own. I’ve had a great experience at both the Naperville and Carol Stream locations, and the staff at both are amazing. This was for a very short duration < 1/2 hour, so looking forward to a full day boarding, soon.

Never been. But today I had a confirmation email for a tour and was told they would do the evaluation too. So I drive over with my two dogs, and called to say I would be 5 mins late. Receptionist called back saying there was no one there. I explained so she said she would have the person who does them call me back. She did however all she did was apologies. She kept asking if we wanted to come during the week after I explained to her we couldn't. I didnt even have her attention she was to busy either talking to another person or another dog. She said she'd call me back and NEVER DID. So unprofessional. I really wanted my pets to go here but unfortunately they won't get my business now.

We were visiting from out of town for doctor appointments and had to bring our 5 month old Australian Shepherd puppy Bodhie along with us. The staff at Gold Leash is incredible. It is obvious that they genuinely love the animals that they are taking care of. We had full confidence that our dog was in great care. Highly recommend!

Excellent day care and boarding services! Was road tripping from Utah to Wisconsin with my 75 pound Labradoodle and needed to spend quality time with an elderly ill relative in Naperville. The staff were all so great even though we are not locals and a regular client. My pup got lots of playtime and exercise before we were back in the car again! Highly recommend this full service kennel. Will use again on future visits.
