I loved my experience with the grout medic of North Chicago. First of all the employee that came in to do the repairs was on time. He was clean. He was professional and respectful. We had Gerardo C. help us with a big shower project, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience or the results. He handled everything — tile removal, tile replacement, shower tile repair, grouting, grout cleaning, grout staining, tile restoration, and all the careful prep work that goes into doing it right.… Read full review

Michael M. and Tony C. were both professional and did excellent work. I am very satisfied with the final product and the prices were very reasonable. I will gladly call them again in the future if I need more work done.

Michael correctly diagnosed my leaking shower stall problem and Harry did a beautiful job fixing the problem - he was professional, made the tiles look like new, left the shower spotless, and most of all fixed the leak! Idefinitely reccomend Grout Masters.

Harry was very professional and respectful.

Tony did an amazing job replacing the grout in my bathroom! He was on time, super professional, and really paid attention to the details. The tiles look brand new again and the color match is perfect. He worked efficiently, kept everything clean, and clearly takes pride in his work. I’d definitely recommend Tony to anyone who needs tile or grout work done!

Excellent experience start to finish. Fair and thorough estimate with Michael. Ricardo, who did the work, deserves ten stars. He was prompt, tidy, the work was perfect, and he was so sweet with my toddler son. Would happily have him back for another project.

Harry was great. Made my beautiful shower look like new again. Left everything spotless.

Harry did an amazing job. The issue with the water leak because of bad caulking was resolved. Harry was meticulously clean while working and very efficient. I would recommend him for any tile issues.

Fast response for an inperson quote (very knowledgeable and friendly), and flexible scheduling. I had 2 showers regrouted and repaired and a mudroom floor regrouted. Tony did the work and he was great. Communicative, very thorough and super cleanup.

My wife found the Grout Medic on Google. After a quick phone call, they had Michael out to our house to do our estimate. Michael was very knowledgeable, upbeat and very friendly. He had our estimate practically ready to go before he got back to his car. I appreciate that they included a discount if you accepted on… Read full review

He obviously took great pride in his work and massively exceeded our expectations. He also got stains out of our tiled bathroom floor that we thought were… Read full review
