The Grout Medic of North Chicago

Ricardo did an amazing job with our shower tile regrouting project. He was very professional, thorough, and tidy. Very pleased with the results from Ricardo’s work, and with the customer support from The Grout Medic. Would definitely recommend this business to anyone who is in need of tile work.

Extremely thorough pricing and billing and Jorge came in and worked very efficiently. He explained all of the different elements that he had completed and was happy to walk through the pricing with us. Michael, who did our initial estimate, was also very responsive and helpful in talking through each element of the project.

Tony did excellent work sealing the floor grout and caulking the tub and shower in my 2 bathrooms. He went above and beyond to make everything perfect! It looks brand new! I highly recommend this company and specifically this technician Tony. I will definitely use them again and will be requesting Tony.

From a quick efficient on site quote to Harry doing a spectacular job would highly recommend their services. Cleaned, sealed and regrouted steam shower with slate tiles. Looks brand new again!

Michael from Grout Medic arrived and provided an estimate within the hour. I signed it and Harry, the technician, arrived the next morning to clean the shower tile, re-grout moldy areas, and silicone caulk the stall. A few hours later, our shower looks new, the mold is gone, and we couldn't be more pleased with… Read full review

Reviews were good and I saw that a free consultation was offered, which is rarer now. I was quoted by someone who drove out a couple hours and had experience and was thorough. It was a great price given I needed work for my bathroom and kitchen. Getting all the documents I needed for a high rise was easy, extremely… Read full review

Very detailed. Beautiful outcome

We had Gerardo C. help us with a big shower project, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience or the results. He handled everything — tile removal, tile replacement, shower tile repair, grouting, grout cleaning, grout staining, tile restoration, and all the careful prep work that goes into doing it right.… Read full review

I am very impressed by Grout Medic. They were able to send someone out for an estimate within 24 hours. The gentleman not only listened to my concerns (cracked tile grout), but was able to recommend fixes to my master shower (staining). The team that fixed my tile grout came a few days later. They met the timeline… Read full review

Great work! Efficient scheduling.

I was so impressed with the work The Grout Medic did in our bathroom. They helped us replace the grout and had thoughtful recommendations throughout the process. The team members are a pleasure to work with (Mike gave a great estimate and Tony did fantastic work) and we are very happy with the results!

From start to finish the Grout Medic was knowledgeable and helpful. We didn’t know where else to go, but feel confident in the solutions they helped us come up with.

Quick turnaround from quote to work being scheduled. Work at the house was done quickly and cleanly, and the end result is even better than I could have imagined. Jorge was polite and efficient, would work with him again

Ricardo R. Did a great job. He showed up exactly on time and was professional and very polite. I have a vintage (95 year old) bathroom with original wall and floor tiles. Ricardo made them look almost new again!
