I cannot say enough good things about The Grout Medic. Mike's estimating process was easy and instilled confidence. Then Harry came to our home and did the most amazing job. Clean, kind, neat, prompt, reliable. And the result is dazzling. I can't stop staring at my shower floor. It looks great!
I loved my experience with the grout medic of North Chicago. First of all the employee that came in to do the repairs was on time. He was clean. He was professional and respectful. We didn’t want to spend the money to replace our 20-year old natural stone so called Grout Medic to repair grout in shower and clean/seal shower and floors. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome! Grout Medic’s service was great across the team and pricing was fair. Tony and Ricardo did the work and both were…

We had Gerardo C. help us with a big shower project, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience or the results. He handled everything — tile removal, tile replacement, shower tile repair, grouting, grout cleaning, grout staining, tile restoration, and all the careful prep work that goes into doing it right.…
Ricardo did an excellent job! He was very professional and kind. It was a 5 star experience for sure!
Wonderful job that was better than I imagined! Professional, pleasant, friendly communicator who went above and beyond - he cleaned all the hardware in the bathroom after the grout replacement and cleaning was finished.
Geraldo did a great job refreshing our stall shower. Very thorough and great work.
Jorge repaired the terrible-looking tile in my sons bathroom tub/shower to perfection. I was so embarrassed to have anyone use that shower (except for my son), and now it could be in a magazine! Jorge also advised me to use a particular product on the tiles and even told me where I could purchase that product.…

Very happy with the entire experience. Have used Grout Medic before and would definitely use again.
Jorge was here for a long time and did exceptional job. I had 2 bathrooms go from 20 years of ugly to a new look.
Grout medic was a great service. Quoting process was simple and easy. They did not nickel and dime me. Scheduling the service was quick and the work was very well done. Would definitely recommend them.
Tony did an amazing job replacing the grout in my bathroom! He was on time, super professional, and really paid attention to the details. The tiles look brand new again and the color match is perfect. He worked efficiently, kept everything clean, and clearly takes pride in his work. I’d definitely recommend Tony to anyone who needs tile or grout work done!
Excellent experience start to finish. Fair and thorough estimate with Michael. Ricardo, who did the work, deserves ten stars. He was prompt, tidy, the work was perfect, and he was so sweet with my toddler son. Would happily have him back for another project.
Harry was great. Made my beautiful shower look like new again. Left everything spotless.
Fast response for an inperson quote (very knowledgeable and friendly), and flexible scheduling. I had 2 showers regrouted and repaired and a mudroom floor regrouted. Tony did the work and he was great. Communicative, very thorough and super cleanup.

Our salesperson, Michael was super knowledgeable and friendly, patient and helpful throughout the entire estimation process. Neil was very responsive and easy to work with. His crew were very professional, friendly, and did a fantastic job with the tile cleaning and repairs. Neil went out of his way to find me a matching tile replacement for the shower. And everything felt very fairly priced for the value.
Long overdue review. I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with The Grout Medic of North Chicago, and Neil, specifically! This is the standard I will now base all contractor interactions/jobs off. Neil was prompt, detailed, and honest. Like a surgeon, he documented everything with video and pictures, and…
