We hired Grout Medic to repair caulking / grout in our kitchen and one of our baths. We were lucky enough to be assigned Jorge S for the job, and he nailed it. I’m so impressed with this company!! I have 2 bathrooms: one with a bathtub, tile walls + marble floor with grout that was super dirty. I am very impressed by Grout Medic. They were able to send someone out for an estimate within 24 hours. The gentleman not only listened to my concerns (cracked tile grout), but was able to recommend fixes to my master shower (staining). The team that fixed my tile grout came a few days later. They met the timeline… Read full review

I would give Ricardo, the technician who did our grout job, FIVE stars. He did a good job and was friendly, courteous and competent. I would give the salesman and Grout Medics sales approach 2.5 stars. The salesman was a bit sexist. Also, he gave us a price and when we balked, he immediately lowered it by $100. And he went above and beyond to attentively clean out the whole shower too. Can’t say enough good things about the work - highly recommend!

Jorge repaired the terrible-looking tile in my sons bathroom tub/shower to perfection. I was so embarrassed to have anyone use that shower (except for my son), and now it could be in a magazine! Ricardo did an amazing job. It’s like a new bathroom! He worked so hard and I was comfortable having him in my home. Money well spent !

After Harry finished up today, it was hard to believe how great my floor looked. My floor had broken tiles, and the grout looked terrible. In comey Harry, he gets set up, and is hard at work. He knew what he was doing, and worked the entire day on my floor. I couldn’t be happier with his work.
