I would give Ricardo, the technician who did our grout job, FIVE stars. He did a good job and was friendly, courteous and competent. I would give the salesman and Grout Medics sales approach 2.5 stars. The salesman was a bit sexist. Also, he gave us a price and when we balked, he immediately lowered it by $100.
