The Grout Medic of North Chicago

Courteous, efficient and very professional. The work was completed in a meticulous and excellent fashion. I couldn't have asked for better results. Highly recommended!

I cannot say enough good things about The Grout Medic. Mike's estimating process was easy and instilled confidence. Then Harry came to our home and did the most amazing job. Clean, kind, neat, prompt, reliable. And the result is dazzling. I can't stop staring at my shower floor. It looks great!

Reviews were good and I saw that a free consultation was offered, which is rarer now. I was quoted by someone who drove out a couple hours and had experience and was thorough. It was a great price given I needed work for my bathroom and kitchen. Getting all the documents I needed for a high rise was easy, extremely… Read full review

Ricardo did an amazing job. It’s like a new bathroom! He worked so hard and I was comfortable having him in my home. Money well spent !

After Harry finished up today, it was hard to believe how great my floor looked. My floor had broken tiles, and the grout looked terrible. In comey Harry, he gets set up, and is hard at work. He knew what he was doing, and worked the entire day on my floor. I couldn’t be happier with his work.

Michael correctly diagnosed my leaking shower stall problem and Harry did a beautiful job fixing the problem - he was professional, made the tiles look like new, left the shower spotless, and most of all fixed the leak! Idefinitely reccomend Grout Masters.

From start to finish the Grout Medic was knowledgeable and helpful. We didn’t know where else to go, but feel confident in the solutions they helped us come up with.

Ricardo R. Did a great job. He showed up exactly on time and was professional and very polite. I have a vintage (95 year old) bathroom with original wall and floor tiles. Ricardo made them look almost new again!

Had the Grout Medic out to review the grout work needed on my shower, they gave me a reasonable upfront price for the work, were able to schedule me for the very next day to get the work done, did a great job and the shower looks brand new. Great professionalism from everyone I interacted with.

Tony did an amazing job replacing the grout in my bathroom! He was on time, super professional, and really paid attention to the details. The tiles look brand new again and the color match is perfect. He worked efficiently, kept everything clean, and clearly takes pride in his work. I’d definitely recommend Tony to anyone who needs tile or grout work done!

Harry did a great job, thank you!

Excellent experience start to finish. Fair and thorough estimate with Michael. Ricardo, who did the work, deserves ten stars. He was prompt, tidy, the work was perfect, and he was so sweet with my toddler son. Would happily have him back for another project.

Harry was great. Made my beautiful shower look like new again. Left everything spotless.

Meticulous work by Tony. We’re very pleased with the results of our shower cleaning and grouting.
