The Grout Medic of North Chicago

I loved my experience with the grout medic of North Chicago. First of all the employee that came in to do the repairs was on time. He was clean. He was professional and respectful. He came inside and covered his shoes immediately. He inspected the job and literally got to work. He already knew exactly what he was… Read full review

We had Gerardo C. help us with a big shower project, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience or the results. He handled everything — tile removal, tile replacement, shower tile repair, grouting, grout cleaning, grout staining, tile restoration, and all the careful prep work that goes into doing it right.… Read full review

Phantastic work done by Gerardo. He is an outstanding professional and it was truly pleasant to have in our house.

Gerardo was great. He was very personable, professional and informative throughout the whole process. He got the job done on time and even fixed a couple loose tiles in the bathroom too. I will definitely work with him in the future :)

Tony came out today to replace grout that was cracked. It was a very difficult job to make look good, he did an excellent job. He was also very particular and clean. I would not hesitate to use him again.

Very pleased with the work done in our bathroom. I feel good about the quality of work done by Gerardo. I'm sure we will enjoy it for years to come.

After Harry finished up today, it was hard to believe how great my floor looked. My floor had broken tiles, and the grout looked terrible. In comey Harry, he gets set up, and is hard at work. He knew what he was doing, and worked the entire day on my floor. I couldn’t be happier with his work.

Harry was great. Made my beautiful shower look like new again. Left everything spotless.

Neil and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. So professional, courteous and with reasonable prices. They took out our outdated backsplash and replaced it. The whole job took 8 hours or so and our kitchen has never looked better.

Neil was very responsive and easy to work with. His crew were very professional, friendly, and did a fantastic job with the tile cleaning and repairs. Neil went out of his way to find me a matching tile replacement for the shower. And everything felt very fairly priced for the value.

Long overdue review. I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with The Grout Medic of North Chicago, and Neil, specifically! This is the standard I will now base all contractor interactions/jobs off. Neil was prompt, detailed, and honest. Like a surgeon, he documented everything with video and pictures, and… Read full review
