I loved my experience with the grout medic of North Chicago. First of all the employee that came in to do the repairs was on time. He was clean. He was professional and respectful. He came inside and covered his shoes immediately. He inspected the job and literally got to work. He already knew exactly what he was…
Total attention to detail amazing work, conscientious courteous. I’m so happy that they did my floor.
Tony did excellent work sealing the floor grout and caulking the tub and shower in my 2 bathrooms. He went above and beyond to make everything perfect! It looks brand new! I highly recommend this company and specifically this technician Tony. I will definitely use them again and will be requesting Tony.
From a quick efficient on site quote to Harry doing a spectacular job would highly recommend their services. Cleaned, sealed and regrouted steam shower with slate tiles. Looks brand new again!
Michael from Grout Medic arrived and provided an estimate within the hour. I signed it and Harry, the technician, arrived the next morning to clean the shower tile, re-grout moldy areas, and silicone caulk the stall. A few hours later, our shower looks new, the mold is gone, and we couldn't be more pleased with…
We had a great experience with The Grout Medic. Jorge was professional, kind, clean, and did a wonderful job regrouting our two bathroom floors, shower, and tub. He also sealed our stone and caulked. I highly recommend using this company and will continue to do so in the future!
We had Gerardo C. help us with a big shower project, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience or the results. He handled everything — tile removal, tile replacement, shower tile repair, grouting, grout cleaning, grout staining, tile restoration, and all the careful prep work that goes into doing it right.…
Tony was professional, courteous and neat. He made our bathroom look brand new!
Phantastic work done by Gerardo. He is an outstanding professional and it was truly pleasant to have in our house.
We had Ryan and Ricardo work on our primary shower and they did an excellent job cleaning, sealing, and re-grouting where we needed repair. The marble hasn’t looked this good for years. They also polished the marble floors and removed some staining. Ryan especially went above and beyond to clean years of neglect. Thank you!
We are so happy we went with Grout Medic for our tile cleaning, grouting and caulking needs. Working with Tony was great. He was efficient, thorough and has gone above and beyond our needs. Thank you Tony for making our shower tiles and tub look good as new!
Tony with The Grout Medic made my 25 years old tile looks like new. He explained the process clearly and was respectful of my property.
After Harry finished up today, it was hard to believe how great my floor looked. My floor had broken tiles, and the grout looked terrible. In comey Harry, he gets set up, and is hard at work. He knew what he was doing, and worked the entire day on my floor. I couldn’t be happier with his work.
Ricardo R. Did a great job. He showed up exactly on time and was professional and very polite. I have a vintage (95 year old) bathroom with original wall and floor tiles. Ricardo made them look almost new again!
Tony did an amazing job replacing the grout in my bathroom! He was on time, super professional, and really paid attention to the details. The tiles look brand new again and the color match is perfect. He worked efficiently, kept everything clean, and clearly takes pride in his work. I’d definitely recommend Tony to anyone who needs tile or grout work done!
Gerardo did an excellent job. We were very pleased with his work.
Absolutely beautiful Job! Tub and tile look brand new!
Our experience with The Grout Medic was absolutely 5 out of 5 stars. From the very first consultation to the work completed by Harry, the team showed real pride in their craft. Their pricing was both fair and competitive, and the results on our shower repair were outstanding. We’re so happy we chose them and would…
Shower looks like new! They were on time, professional, and efficient. The estimate was accurate, and they knew what needed to be done to restore the bathroom to its former glory. All of my questions were answered and the work was completed on time in perfect condition! They are a local company and I will definitely use them again.
We had quite a bit of grout cleaning, sealing and restoring along with tile cleaning. The work was done beautifully! Looks like new!
The technician arrived on time. He was very professional. He worked very clean. The tile and grout looks like new after 20 years. Well worth the price. Highly recommend.
Neil and Harry were amazing!! From the moment Neil walked in the door to do our initial estimate to the time Harry left after the completion of our project. We had some tile that needed regrouting and needed to be rebonded to the subfloor. We were just hoping to salvage the floor the best we could but it looks like…
Harry did a truly amazing job and turned what had become a disgusting shower with stains that resisted a lot of cleaning work to looking like a brand new shower. He obviously took great pride in his work and massively exceeded our expectations. He also got stains out of our tiled bathroom floor that we thought were…
Such a wonderful experience! Super responsive and professional. Completed everything quickly and thoroughly. Would highly recommend!
Neil and his team were prompt and professional from beginning to end. Very transparent with the services and what could be done. Very happy with the outcome! Definitely recommend.
Adam and Giraldo at Grout Medic were fantastic. Time from quote to job completion was less than 3 weeks. Value for money was strong, especially compared to some other competitors in the city who quoted us. Work ended up taking a little longer than planned due to size of project and they both accommodated our…
Long overdue review. I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with The Grout Medic of North Chicago, and Neil, specifically! This is the standard I will now base all contractor interactions/jobs off. Neil was prompt, detailed, and honest. Like a surgeon, he documented everything with video and pictures, and…
