SECOND TIME USING JUNKLUGGERS: We once again hired Junkluggers, and they knocked it out of the park. Super quick to get a date for pickup, the owner even showed up to help, and the team were in and out quickly. I highly recommend them! FIRST TIME USING JUNKLUGGERS: JunkLuggers did a great job! Their communication…
This is the second time I’ve used Junkluggers. The first time they came at the last minute when someone let us down and left us with a ton of stuff to deal with at the last minute the day of a home sale. The second time was to remove a lot of large old furniture, much of which they were going to take to donation…
Always up for the task, will call and ask questions if need be while at the job site. Reasonable rates and will travel all over Charlotte and surrounding area.
The team was on time, courteous & professional. They worked very efficiently & quickly. Their pricing was upfront & transparent.
Above and beyond
Junkluggers did an amazing job of cleaning out a house, attic, crawlspace and storage building. The team showed up on time, was professional, courteous and quick. I would definitely recommend them and use them again if needed. The best part was that they sorted out items they could donate and a deserving organization received those items that afternoon.
The owner (Ryan) was the lead on my pickup. He was extremely professional, polite and punctual! Great guy! Highly recommend him, and Junk Luggers!
What I thought was going to be a dawn ring task. The team was super helpful, loaded the items, and we had the place cleaned out in under an hour.
Very professional
Fabulous customer service , follow up and response. I would definitely recommend
Great crew that got an amazing amount done in just three hours.
The gentleman were on schedule and picked everything up in less than 5 minutes. They were a pleasure to work with. Will do business again.
They did what I hired them to do, and they did it well. On time (actually early), efficient and friendly. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.
Fast, friendly, courteous
Have used this company quite a few times and they are always professional and on time. Will definitely be using in the future.
Happily Tay and Sean were early. They were polite, efficient and quick. Even though I had added to my list. Also this company is kind and aware. They will donate items and recycle what they can. Very impressed!
These guys are quick to respond, efficient and extremely helpful!
The two young men that came to our home were Ro and Sean. This has been a very difficult time for me as my husband has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's and we are moving to Colorado. I don't know what I would have done without these two young men. They were so kind and polite to me and worked very professionally.…

Very pleased And would use them again without hesitation. Very polite, professional and made it very easy for me.
The guys were great and the truck big enough yo haul away so much. Even better when they found something I did need, it was easy to remove and continue with no problem. Brandon, Gabe and Dave were all professional and easy to work with.
They were on time, professional and quick. My only comment is that they aren’t cheap but what is your back worth to you? Overall a very positive experience. I would have died trying to move everything
The two gentlemen that came were strong, quick, incredibly efficient and professional. This is the second time I've used this company and would absolutely recommend them.
The two gentleman worked very well together. They were on time, professional and very courteous. They worked hard getting our things out of the house and did it with such ease. I will be using this company again. I wish I found them when I was cleaning out my moms house. At that time we used another company and they…

Definitely worth every penny! Greatly reduced the amount we had to move.
I found this company on the internet. We were moving out of state and had to eliminate some very serviceable furniture in good condition. We were delighted to know that the company would attempt to donate or recycle the items to someone who needed them and not race to the landfill. The men who came out were very…
They were very polite, courteous, and extremely aware of the surroundings not to hit any walls and take care of what they were trying to remove and also take care of the property they were moving stuff out of .
The guys from junkluggers were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and nice. Each person I spoke to throughly explained their process. I received a reminder text the day before my appointment. On the day of my appointment, they notified me when they were on their way, arriving at the exact time they stated. Once…
