Junkluggers is amazing! These guys go above and beyond on their communication and service.
This is the second time I’ve used Junkluggers. The first time they came at the last minute when someone let us down and left us with a ton of stuff to deal with at the last minute the day of a home sale. The second time was to remove a lot of large old furniture, much of which they were going to take to donation…
Always up for the task, will call and ask questions if need be while at the job site. Reasonable rates and will travel all over Charlotte and surrounding area.

Junkluggers did an amazing job of cleaning out a house, attic, crawlspace and storage building. The team showed up on time, was professional, courteous and quick. I would definitely recommend them and use them again if needed. The best part was that they sorted out items they could donate and a deserving organization received those items that afternoon.
Very friendly and polite

The owner (Ryan) was the lead on my pickup. He was extremely professional, polite and punctual! Great guy! Highly recommend him, and Junk Luggers!

They came to my garage and I didn't have to be there due to busy work schedule. Notified me when they arrived, invoiced me for payment. They really helped me out! Easy!
The gentleman were on schedule and picked everything up in less than 5 minutes. They were a pleasure to work with. Will do business again.
They did what I hired them to do, and they did it well. On time (actually early), efficient and friendly. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Happily Tay and Sean were early. They were polite, efficient and quick. Even though I had added to my list. Also this company is kind and aware. They will donate items and recycle what they can. Very impressed!

Very professional, super nice guys. They work fast and efficient. Best birthday gift ever!!!
Ryan is a class act as are all of his crewmen. Great group of guys, all hardworking, dependable, friendly. Would use them again in a heartbeat.
The two young men that came to our home were Ro and Sean. This has been a very difficult time for me as my husband has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's and we are moving to Colorado. I don't know what I would have done without these two young men. They were so kind and polite to me and worked very professionally.…

The Junk Lugger team was awsome. They moved 50+ totes from the attic and assisted in taking away the stuff we wanted to donate. I would highly recommend this company.
After hearing from several charities that they were unable to pick up a furniture item directly, I was incredibly relieved to find Junkluggers. It was easy to schedule the pickup, they arrived on time & all went smoothly. The two guys were also friendly & professional so would use them again.
The lady I spoke to on the phone was super nice and helpful! The people that came to take my old furniture were on time and worked quickly 10/10 will be using them again.
The guys who came to help us were excellent. They were very nice, and polite. They took their time figuring the best way to get items out of the house with out causing damage and never complained about the 1980’s heavy TV!!
Very efficient and friendly.

Needed a bunch of furniture and random items removed from my home. Brought enough people to make it way quicker than I was expecting, didn't ruin walls, were super pleasant (even though it was 100 degrees outside) and they make sure everything is done properly. I would HIGHLY recommend!
Guys were clean polite and professional. Thank you.
