Junkluggers is amazing! These guys go above and beyond on their communication and service.
This is the second time I’ve used Junkluggers. The first time they came at the last minute when someone let us down and left us with a ton of stuff to deal with at the last minute the day of a home sale. The second time was to remove a lot of large old furniture, much of which they were going to take to donation…
Always up for the task, will call and ask questions if need be while at the job site. Reasonable rates and will travel all over Charlotte and surrounding area.
The same-day service and they got there early. They were very professional and early. They moved quickly and precisely. Great quality and price.
The team was on time, courteous & professional. They worked very efficiently & quickly. Their pricing was upfront & transparent.
Great service and efficient. They moved everything in maybe 30 minutes.
My experience with Junkluggers was fantastic! The team was fabulous! Justin and Dayshon (spelling?) were beyond friendly. They were highly professional and approachable. I liked them so much I wanted to adopt them! I had a lot of "junk to lug," and I was in a mad rush (I was moving out in 2 weeks). I made the call…
Junkluggers was a great team to work with. I didn’t have a lot for them but they were on time, very courteous and quick! They went way beyond when I realized shortly after they had left that I gave them an item by mistake and they brought it back to me! Wow! I also appreciate that their primary goal is to…
Above and beyond
They were fast and on time! Very friendly!
We had some renovation materials left in our garage along with some odds and ends (read: junk from 3 kids) that needed to go! I was able to get an appt very easily via the website. The guys were on time, explained pricing clearly and got rid of it all in minutes. Could not be happier with the process. Byeeee junk!
Junkluggers are timely, professional and it’s always a delight to work with their crews. I couldn’t have purged and reordered my attics without them!
I needed a washer removed. The guys were on time very polite and professional.
Junkluggers did an amazing job of cleaning out a house, attic, crawlspace and storage building. The team showed up on time, was professional, courteous and quick. I would definitely recommend them and use them again if needed. The best part was that they sorted out items they could donate and a deserving organization received those items that afternoon.
Guys were friendly Did their job well.
What I thought was going to be a dawn ring task. The team was super helpful, loaded the items, and we had the place cleaned out in under an hour.
Great group of people. I told Junkluggers what I wanted removed and they did an excellent job that needed no supervision. These guys knew what they are doing, and they did it fast and expeditiously! They removed numerous large bulky furniture items from my upstairs and did not touch a thing on the way down.
The best service ever! Highly recommend!
Needed a couple of large storage units cleared out, and used them in the past for garage junk removal. They went above and beyond. Great guys, great job, great price. Strongly recommend them.
Fast, friendly, courteous
They were great. Very professional. On time, came prepared for extra. Would and probably will use them again.
These guys are quick to respond, efficient and extremely helpful!
Very professional, super nice guys. They work fast and efficient. Best birthday gift ever!!!
I highly recommend! The owner was involved and so pleasant to work with. He made the whole process so easy. The clean out crew was efficient, helpful, and all very nice. They did exactly what we asked them to do, and left everything nice and neat when they were done. I will definitely use them again!
The two young men that came to our home were Ro and Sean. This has been a very difficult time for me as my husband has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's and we are moving to Colorado. I don't know what I would have done without these two young men. They were so kind and polite to me and worked very professionally.…
Wonderful experience!
Scheduling is easy. Crews are on time, courteous, helpful, professional, friendly and efficient. We have used The Junkluggers of Charlotte twice and both times we were very pleased.
The guys were great and the truck big enough yo haul away so much. Even better when they found something I did need, it was easy to remove and continue with no problem. Brandon, Gabe and Dave were all professional and easy to work with.
They were on-time, worked quickly and were upfront about their pricing.
Excellent company! They were fast and efficient and now I have my garage completely clean!
Great service. Exceeded my expectations. Rico, Tay and Ryan were great! Professional, fast and even swept the building clean after they were finished.
I’ve used these guys twice. On line booking is easy, they follow up, confirm and keep their promises. Thanks!
Excellent service! Reliable, quick, great value for the work that was done! Would use again! Highly recommend!
Brandon and his crew did a great job. My father's basement was full of 50 years of "stuff". They did a very professional job. They did in 3 days what might have taken us 3 years. I highly recommend them and would use them again.
I’ve used this company 4 times and have been impressed and grateful for their hard work ethic, fair prices abd the truly amazing courteous service we’ve always received. They haul more than 1800gotjunk. Their prices are better abd their customer service is 1,000 times better. Thank you JunkLuggers of Charlotte!
The two gentlemen that came were strong, quick, incredibly efficient and professional. This is the second time I've used this company and would absolutely recommend them.

Great job!!!
I am very pleased. This was a complete removal of all items in my mother's one bedroom apartment. Nothing was packed ahead of time. Tony and his crew were polite, fast, and done in 2 1/2 hrs. This was done with 2 trucks and 4 workers.

They were very polite, courteous, and extremely aware of the surroundings not to hit any walls and take care of what they were trying to remove and also take care of the property they were moving stuff out of .

Great experience from the first contact until job completion. The team is very friendly and professional. We had items all over the house and they quickly and carefully removed all of our junk in about half the time I expected plus grabbed several extra items that we found after we had called. A great value.…

Junk Luggers came to help us clear out our garage today. They were prompt, courteous and fast! Our garage is rid of junk that has been plaguing us for longer than we’d like and was gone in a flash. They even swept up before they left. Highly recommend.
