Junkluggers is amazing! These guys go above and beyond on their communication and service.
This is the second time I’ve used Junkluggers. The first time they came at the last minute when someone let us down and left us with a ton of stuff to deal with at the last minute the day of a home sale. The second time was to remove a lot of large old furniture, much of which they were going to take to donation…
Always up for the task, will call and ask questions if need be while at the job site. Reasonable rates and will travel all over Charlotte and surrounding area.
The team was on time, courteous & professional. They worked very efficiently & quickly. Their pricing was upfront & transparent.
They were timely and did a great job at a fair price. This was my 2nd time working with them.
Someone dumped a pile of junk on a property near our dog rescue and then more people piled on! It looked so bad - we had Junk luggers come haul it away. There was so much it filled the truck. Thank you junk luggers for a fast job. Here is hoping people stop dumping!
Junkluggers did an amazing job of cleaning out a house, attic, crawlspace and storage building. The team showed up on time, was professional, courteous and quick. I would definitely recommend them and use them again if needed. The best part was that they sorted out items they could donate and a deserving organization received those items that afternoon.
Easy to schedule online; on time and excellent communication on the day of . I was able to send pictures of the items to be removed and they were able to get a second truck there without a delay! Will definitely use again.
What I thought was going to be a dawn ring task. The team was super helpful, loaded the items, and we had the place cleaned out in under an hour.

In the remodeling of our bathroom, we discarded our cast iron tub. After trying to give it away online with no luck, I googled junk removal and Junkluggers popped up. Called them and before the day was over Ryan and his staff came and picked up my tub. The price was fair and the service excellent. Would totally use them again!

The guys were great and the truck big enough yo haul away so much. Even better when they found something I did need, it was easy to remove and continue with no problem. Brandon, Gabe and Dave were all professional and easy to work with.
Needed a bunch of furniture and random items removed from my home. Brought enough people to make it way quicker than I was expecting, didn't ruin walls, were super pleasant (even though it was 100 degrees outside) and they make sure everything is done properly. I would HIGHLY recommend!

Junkluggers hauled away a hot tub and huge patio umbrella for us along with some other items from a recent home update. They were prompt and courteous. They did an excellent job with the removal and cleanup afterwards. I would recommend their services and plan to use them in the future.
They were on time, professional and quick. My only comment is that they aren’t cheap but what is your back worth to you? Overall a very positive experience. I would have died trying to move everything
