We were told one price for the service. That price almost doubled once their truck arrived. We did not use them.

Needed help cleaning up the back yard of this property my daughter just bought. It was full of junk, to include an old wooden shed. The guys came in and went right to work dismantling the shed and hauling stuff away. They even removed a fridge and stove. Making room for the newly purchased ones. They are awesome! Highly recommend this company!

Dennis, I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused to you. The estimating process is oftentimes difficult, especially for the folks booking the appointment, as they can not be onsite.
We did a thorough investigation of the issue. Whilst booking the appointment it was communicated that quote for hot tub removal would be 500 and there will be additional labor charge if the tub needs to broken down to get through the gate. Unfortunately, this misunderstanding happened and you were not happy with the estimate provided.
As it was explained during booking process it was No Obligation Free Estimate and since you weren't happy with the estimate, we were not able to help you with your junk removal need. Apologies again for any inconvenience.

Junkluggers were amazing!
1. They actually gave me a price range by the items I explained needing removed. No other place would do that. They all wanted to come out and inspect first. That’s a terrible process when you’re trying to get an estimate from several places. I was not in the position where I could set appointments up when I needed my stuff gone the next day.
2. The range options matched what I was expecting and the price was acceptable.
3. They were not just on time but actually called and said they can come early which was awesome.
4. They were professional and fast. I had a twin and king mattress, king platform bed frame, a table and a hand truck that all disappeared like magic from a 2nd floor apartment.
The only critical feedback I can give is the payment system. I had to type all my card info into a phone (I couldn’t find my bifocals so that took me a minute 🤣). I would suggest a square reader or let me put my card on file and me just ok the charge.

I love that this company recycles the stuff they pickup. They did a great job for us removing a broken 200 lb treadmill. The guys were professional and very good at their job! I highly recommend!
