Alvin Young has been at our home doing our quarterly service. Today we had called about very small “sugar ants”. Alvin was dispatched the following morning to deal with our problem. Arvin didn't let the stormy weather stop him from our monthly service.
Technician was very efficient and professional
Alvin is our technician and he ALWAYS does an awesome job. He is very through. We have had this service through Killers on contract for over a year now and the results are clearly noticeable. We are not overrun with ants and the flies, mosquitoes and spiders are all finding other places to live. The good part is…
Always prompt and courteous.
Anthony was prompt, courteous, informative and seemed very competent. We will see if our moisture ants return after awhile, but so far, they appear to have been deleted.
Attentive and diligent. Jordan did a great job as always.
Both their external and internal team members are great to work with! Shawn, the tech that serviced my house was very knowledgeable. Glad he’s apart of their team!
They got here when they said they will and eased our concerns about termites. Thank you and we appreciate all you have done for us. :0)
We have had the same tech several times and he is great! The Killers have taken care of our bug problem each time and are always prompt in their response.
Thank you Killers! Sal provided excellent service as usual, We have used this company for nineteen years. Happy customer, would recommend highly. Always prompt, courteous and professional. Communication with staff is always positive! Merry Christmas!!
We've been using Killers Pest Control for a year now and are very pleased with their services and customer care. Our home is old, has many holes and openings and tiny crawl spaces; despite these challenges their techs have been great to work with. They even went to the trouble of patching some holes for us! Also,…
Our Technician, Sal, is always so accommodating! Thanks again!
Quick to come to my home to give inspection and next day went right to work. I am very pleased they are working getting rid of my pest problems. Thank you!

Update: Almost 6 years later and they are just as awesome as in the beginning. We’ve had various ant invasions throughout the years and they have been so responsive and taken care of us every single time. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Showed up on time. Explained procedure. Performed procedure. Checked with me after job. Great guy.
We have been using Killers for several years now and service is always top notch. We do the anual ant service and was out doing some yard work and notice a trail of ants along a walkway heading in the direction of the house and informed Killers and even though it was not time for our scheduled spray they were out…
Everyone I worked with was professional and knowledgeable. They were very responsive, and right on time.
Took the time to take care of all issues around our house. Pleasant to speak with and professional at his job
Flavio is always professional and thorough.
Killers are great people. I had them before and they are very wonderful and do a great job. I recommend them very much. I will always have them come out if there is a problem with bugs. Thankyou again Killers.

They were VERY PROFESSIONAL! They took the time to explain everything in detail. Also answered any and all questions I had. Which put me at ease. LOVE THE KILLERS ! Our technician was great. Fast and thorough. And these guys are always cheerful!
Jordan was pleasant and thorough
All good.
Rafferty was knowledgeable and thorough with regard to treatment for mice.
I am usually notified by phone or text when they would come to service. I received neither.
Killers pest control does a good job and Josh Derr seems to be proud of his work.
Rafferty is The Man! He is conscientious, thorough, and his knowledge of pest biology, behavior, and motivation gives us peace of mind that we’ve got the right person on the job. It doesn’t hurt that he’s got a great sense of humor…..bonus!!
I'm with Touchstone Property Management and we have worked with The Killers for many years now. They are always responsive, great communicators, charge a fair price and get the job done right. If you're looking for pest control, I can't recommend them enough!
Killer's performed the scheduled service that is part of the annual contract. It is good to know that I do not need to call them and remind them when to come out. They always send me a report of what they have done and if they find anything that I need to know about. Professional as one would hope for.
Very professional, listens and explains
Excellent continued service & professionalism live my annual program!
Sal has been treating our home for the past several years. He is always on time, polite and willing to take the time to answer any questions we may have without us feeling hurried. He is extremely thorough and I feel goes above and beyond the normal. I wouldn't use anyone else. EVER!
It has been nearly a year since our first treatment. NO bugs in our house! HURRAY! Our technician is so timely and careful of our property and polite! Great company.
Very efficient and knowledgeable.
Tom Fink was prompt, courteous, and professional. He performed the initial inspection on Friday, 1/3, reported what he found, answered our questions, and explained our options without any sales pressure. He was able to get us an appointment for trap and bait setting, as well as closing rodent entry points the…
Very nice and personal.
The service was excellent and the technician was very helpful.
Victor is very pleasant. Explains what he is doing on the exterior of the house. Always asks if there are any ant issues in the house. Very pleased with his work. Thank you
This is a very respectful company do not trust any door to door company with false promises. Killers will come whenever you call .
I've used Killers for many years, and the mouse problem has been eliminated by the bait traps. The techs are always professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend.
Very happy with the technician, he is a great guy!!!!!
After we noticed some rodent activity, we contacted Killers. Dylan Sulecki came out a couple days later and took care of the problem. He had also performed our monthly service a week or so prior. In both cases he was outstanding! Dylan was polite, articulate, very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He's a…
Very Professional and caring. Flavio is a great guy and knows his stuff. Very glad to have him helping us with our problem!
Jordan came out and serviced our property today and did a fantastic job of explaining every step of the way. An all around excellent employee! The Killers also had great pricing! Definitely makes this an affordable and easy service to have done monthly!
EXTREMELY good at communications and always excitedly positive! The Killers techs are also very flexible and open. Bending over backwards for every job I give them, I'm very glad I've found them! (Shout out to the amazing Cheryl!)
Good service, very professional, always clears up my doubts about their products and services.
Excellent company representative!! Explained everything well and answered all questions with patience. 😊
Thanks Jordan. Loved the note on the door letting me know what was serviced!
Ants almost gone!
Great service that really works! Highly recommended!
I wanted to update my review for Victor, who replaced Terren on our route some time back. Victor is affable, informed, and professional. He always checks in to make sure that we don’t have any special needs, and works with us when we do. He’s a pleasure to work with, and represents the Killers well when he does our monthly service!!
The Killers are highly unethical. We have used them for 6 to 7 years at two houses in Salem. Recently, one of our houses had a lapse in coverage for a few months. When we called to set it back up they wanted to send a tech back out. The tech, Gus, came out, and informed us they were raising their prices from…
Professional, polite, and on time. Flavio is as good as it gets.
My service tech, Josh, was thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. He was quick to share his expertise on all things ants! L.
Killers is the best! They’re always prompt, friendly And the service really works!
Salvador. The man, the myth, the legend. The knight in shining armor, the bringer death and destruction. The assassin from The guild of The Killers. The man, all men look up too and everyone want to be with. Feared by ant's, spiders and other creepy crawlies. His devotion to extermination is unwavering. One could…
Bait and switch here...BEWARE of these guys!!! They are SLICK! The service I was promised was NOT what was delivered! I have several neighbors who have had similar experiences. These people don't care about your home...they want your credit card! Go with another company...and be sure to ask around before hiring anyone.
Very professional, friendly and efficient.
Josh did a great job. He was knowledgeable about the products and pests he works with and excellent communication skills.
Great job! Even said he’d be back in 3 weeks to double check. That never happens! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍😁
I will say... we've not seen an ant since Killers have been here. We had some strange bugs once and I called; they were out here within a short period of time and took care of the matter. Very pleased working with this company and they do what they say they're going to do!
Before we moved to Salem, we lived in Portland in a house that had a mouse problem (landlord didn't take care of it). So when we bought our house, one of the first things we did was call a pest service to make sure we wouldn't be in the same boat. I'm so glad we did, because there is definitely a rodent problem in…
We've used their services for over 3 years, and all but once, the same person comes to spray the yard and take care of rodent traps. Other companies, we had someone different so the service almost always. Also, since using this service, we have not had ants in the house.
Jordan who serviced this week,: .gets the job done in a timely manner is very professional, knowledgeable, polite and pleasant. Thank you for your quality and promptness. Have a good day.🙂🙂🙂
Always a pleasure to work with Flavio. Very nice and professional in all what is needed to be done
This company is the best I called them they showed up the next day for an inspection and a estimate that I felt like was amazing after calling around other companies so I agreed and signed and the work started the very next day and I just can’t say enough good things about them I’m so happy and now I can sleep knowing I won’t have critters in my house
Very happy with the services so far. Thank you
Nice professional and did a great job.
Technician Flavio was great. He explained what he was going to do, inspected our crawl space for rodents, then reported his findings. Asked if I wanted to proceed with extermination and explained what it would entail. He then set traps in the crawl space, set up exterior bait stations, and repaired damaged vent…
Technician was knowledgeable, professional and attentive. This was a quarterly inspection and treatment. The Killers are the Best.
Been using Killers for over 5 years. Been excellent service.
Love this company!! Always there like a clock. Professional, considerate, knowledgeable … all the good stuff!
Super professional and quick to respond!
Well started out with the fine nice office girls calling me back and getting me an appointment with the head kingpin killer. He came out inspected the players club crooked finger players club. the cord lord homestead gave me a fair estimate. I paid him on the spot. Told him sign me up. We'll see how they do on…
Jordan was here within the time frame stated, explained what he was going to do clearly and was done in a reasonable amount of time. He was also very pleasant. Thank you Jordan.
We are very pleased with this company. They are very thorough in their work. Our service man Salvador is the greatest ! He is always very professional and lets us know what he finds and how it was treated. Very friendly. Excellent company!!
Great service and reasonably priced!
Very kind! Very knowledgeable! Would highly recommended.
They responded to my online request promptly and Gus came to my home the next day. He was so nice and patient with me and our gate that wouldn't open. He was fast, professional, and honest about the treatment that we needed, nothing more and nothing less. Totally recommend these guys.
I am very happy with the job done by the Killers. I’ve had Jordan a few times now and he is very thorough. The company is also very responsive whenever I have any concerns outside of my normally scheduled visits.
Very professional
David was very professional, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable when he set up my service. He gave me lots of wonderful advice and was very helpful! So thankful for him and the service his company provides!!
David Fry performed another great treatment. He is always neat, and professional. He is friendly and asks if histreatments are working. David seems very knowledgeable about his work. Thanks
Came to the door, introduced himself, asked if we had any indoor problems, and then treated the house. Great customer service and very professional.
Salvador has done an awesome job! Clearing the webs from all around the house and sprayed the entire inside, and the results are great! Definitely recommend
Yearly spraying for ants. Always fast and friendly. Always recommend.
Victor was awesome and very professional. He got it done in a timely manner but did an excellent job making sure we were happy and the ants were taken care of. I would use this service again thanks to Victor! Thank you so much! Tim
Good job, very thorough!
They did a complete job of the area we wanted done. Used them last year a had great results. They show up when they say they’ll be there and get right to the job! They explain what they are spraying for and have many different things they treat for. Very satisfied customer!
We renewed our contract with killer pest. Our exterminator came out today and as always was very nice and reset all our traps out side, sprayed and baited all areas that we've noticed ant 🐜 problems. He called ahead of time so I could let him inside the house which helped.
Matt did a great job and explain process well.
Team member was courteous and informative. Treated our house to our needs and explained future follow-up visits as well as what to look for going forward. Thanks!
Jordan came out to our home today to help with our rat issue. He was so helpful, knowledgeable, professional and friendly! He answered all of our questions and was so thoughtful when placing traps. We have two dogs and it was a primary concern for us to make sure our dogs don’t get into the traps or ahold of the…
I've been using Killers for a number of years. I've been very pleased with their technician (Paul) and the work that he does.
Nice guy friendly and seemed knowledgeable.
Prompt service, answered all my questions
The guy that came out was friendly, fast, thorough and informative. Answered all the questions I had. Would recommend their service.
Scott is really good at his trade, he seems passionate about it. He called me before arriving to give me a heads up when his ETA. Once he arrived he put on shoe covering before entering the house. He had me point out any problem areas and he explained in detail what he was going to do. He answered all of my…
Well it's hard to imagine better service than that which we received from Alvin at The Killers Pest Control. He kept us informed. We had a real infestation of carpenter ants. I mean thousands! We had them coming out of the walls, ceiling, everywhere. And even after the first application they were persistent. But…
I have been using The Killers for all of our pest control needs for 4 years. My experience has been exceptional. When we first bought our home in wine country, we struggled with an absurd population of ants in the yard that would eventually make their way into the house. The Killers have controlled this population…
We have had an uptick in rodents in our neighborhood as development continues around us. Two days ago the smell in our house couldn't be explained by anything other than death. Today, Jordan came in and went above and beyond. Going back into the crawl space multiple times, fixing holes in mesh, deodorizing and…
They treat our home for infestations of all kinds, including mice. Since we started using their service we have had zero issues with anything, including the original termite problem, carpenter ants & spiders. They were so prompt when their competitor didn’t show. Their competitor has lost our business. We will stay…
Daniel was very nice and through and polite. He was willing to listen to the problem. I was not happy that they changed to a 5 hour window. Its challenging to set aside 5 hours to wait.
Service was fine. Little frustrated that I wasn’t notified prior to showing up so I couldn’t remove the lock on my gate so the technician forced the gate open and broke the latch. If I had received notification the day prior to service I could have removed the lock, instead I now have to replace the latch.
Daniel came and serviced our home again for ants, he always does a great job 👏🏽 thank you!
Very professional, timely, great customer service, respectful and I love that my very large fur babies adore Sal and he greets them every time... the office is wonderful to work with as well, scheduling is very accommodating.
Great service
We have had an annual contract with the Killers for many years now. They are always responsive and helpful. Great provider!
Brian was on time and knowledgeable. He got one rat and set us up to get any more that might still be there. He also did some minor repairs to keep them out in the future. Thank you!
The service is great. The technicians that serviced our home were friendly and knowledgeable.
We appreciate your service specialist Jason for his knowledge, professionalism and courtesy each and every time he treats our needs. Thank you.
This company is amazing! Every single person I’ve ever dealt with has been professional and friendly. Additionally, since I’ve been using their service, the amount of spiders and bugs that make their way into my home are almost nil
We have been a customer for about a year now. Every service provider that has been here is friendly and professional. Great customer service! They help me stay consistent with appointments. We had a number of wasp nests trying to form under the eves, all it took was one call and they were out same day to remove…
My mice are gone, but for $1,000/yr the service is extremely subpar. No one ever calls you to set up an appointment, they wait for you to call them, but they don’t tell you this piece of information. They were great at first, coming out every week for a month, until the mice were gone. But after that I never see…
I have dealt with Shad the most but also thomas and parker and they have all been great to work with ….. kind, considerate and professional they take time to answer all my questions and if I called the company for Additional service prior to the quarterly, they’re always here prompt about getting out. I have…
Gus came to our home to do an inspection. He was direct, honest and efficient. Very helpful!
Victor came out and I have had really wonderful experiences with basically everyone with this company. Victor was one of the first techs that ever came to service our house over a year ago and he never disappoints! All around the killers have amazing people that are kind, courteous, and fair. I would recommend them…
Always great service. I especially appreciate that they show up when they say they will.
We have a year contract with the Killers, we bought the platinum package. It has been worth every penny!! Today they came to the house and removed two rats that had gotten caught in traps! So gross!
Terren was amazing. He was so knowledgeable and almost instantly had a solution. Once he left we didn’t have any more issues with ants. Prior to him coming, we had ants everywhere and nothing we did was working. Thank you to The Killers and especially Terren!
After much searching through insulation, they found the dead rat. They corrected two possible entry points of the critters. They are extremely responsive to our calls.
The Killers have done a "killer" job! Terrence came back a second time to address one problem area and was very efficient and fast. Thank you!
David is great to work with, very professional and friendly. We even had a good chat at the end of his work, rejuvenating my faith in humanity.
Appreciated the professionalism, timeliness and checked in with me as to wether I had any questions. Informed me when to expect sometime return (approximately).
Today May,13 2021, they did their regular check for all possible issues. Since we first started with the Killers they have taken care of all the issues. Michael is our service guy. He's very professional, attentive, explains things thoroughly, answers all the questions. he always arrives within the time window we…
Michael, the technician, has always provided excellent service. He is the reason I continue to use Killers.
Salvador was great! Polite and courteous. Got right to work. Answered my questions.
Stephanie was super excited about her product and how she was helping us to get rid of our ant problem! She showed up on time, was super professional, and an absolute delight to work with! Thank you Stephanie!
Very positive, professional, and customer service oriented. Felt that the inspector gave safety precautions for health of my family. Very knowledgeable, highly recommended.
All the employees have been very friendly, professional & punctual. Best of all I am ant free after trying to rid them myself for months! Thank you The Salem Killers Team!
Tony is fantastic, everyone I've interacted with on the Killers team has been so easy to work with. Highly recommend this business.
Technician Terren very thorough and even went the extra distance by using foam under cabinets and spaces where rodents can come through
Since we first bought our home they have been professional and effective
I appreciated the time Terren Harrington spent explaining what he was going to do and why. We didn't have to leave our home and no danger to our pets. It was surprising how quickly we saw results.
Bradley is very professional, always arrives on time, and explains in detail about the service provided. In addition, he takes time to always answer my questions—which I usually have a LOT.🤣 I highly recommend The Killers for all of your “pest” needs.
So far so good. Thank you.
We have an ongoing service contract. When I called to report a new issue, it was easy to schedule a visit to take care of it. The technician was on time, worked quickly, and got the job done!
Awesome company to deal with.
We have used then for a few years now and have never had one issue. Whenever we call they come out within a few days and a majority of the time we have the same technician, which I love as I don't have to explain the trouble spots. The price is great, pay one annual price and call whenever needed. Thank you for you…
Sal did a GREAT JOB as always
We signed up to have them come out quarterly to service our property for ants, spiders etc. December was are initial visit. We were extremely impressed by Terran's professionalism and attention to detail. We don't have a big problem with ants but my sister uses them and I was jealous because she doesn't have ants…
Always a pleasure to see Sal and have him service our house Thanks
Very professional, service team is always polite, and good pricing. Quarterly outdoor sprays are very effective and they will come do a touch up if you need, included with your plan.
Very pleasant, professional and thorough.
We have them come out once every three or four months. That is the plan we signed up with. If we have any issues between times, we just call them up and they come and take care of it right away. They are always professional, helpful and courteous and the people who come out to do the spraying are always very…
They came the first time, very courteous and professional. We initially called them just for ants, but asked once they came if they did fleas, thinking we could schedule another day for fleas and they said they could do it that day. We saw an immediate results after the first visit. No more ants! And no more fleas!…
My technician is very nice and willing to help anyway he can. I Like this company very much. Thank you for your quality service.
Salvador was very nice and informative and treated everywhere for us. I was bitten 8 times by a Hobo spider and was so glad to have them over to treat our home and garage. Signed up for their service!!
Tony with The Killers came today to service my home. We had big wolf spiders coming in the house and he was so professional and explained how they behave and that they’re not dangerous. It was super helpful. Did his service while I worked on my office. He was awesome.
They come monthly and bait traps. Always very respectable a nice. They do a good job of keeping rodents from taking over even if we can't get totally rodent because of living in a farm home in the country. This is a good service!
Terry aslo sprayed for boxelder bugs. He was very pleasant, helpful and right on time.
This is our second treatment. Second. And according to the notes your guy left in the customer portal section, y’all treated roughly half the square footage of our ground floor. Why even bother? After our year is done, I think we’ll be canceling. The fact that I had to reach out to get you all to come out for our…
Killers does an excellent job of taking care of our home. We have a contract that has them service our home four times a year. If we have an issue with ants, spiders or rodents they will come out to address it. I highly recommend their service.
I've been using this service for years now. Very happy with what they do and the service I get. I highly recommend Killers Salem.
