Alvin Young has been at our home doing our quarterly service. Today we had called about very small “sugar ants”. Alvin was dispatched the following morning to deal with our problem. Arvin didn't let the stormy weather stop him from our monthly service.

Technician was very efficient and professional

Alvin is our technician and he ALWAYS does an awesome job. He is very through. We have had this service through Killers on contract for over a year now and the results are clearly noticeable. We are not overrun with ants and the flies, mosquitoes and spiders are all finding other places to live. The good part is… Read full review

Always prompt and courteous.

Anthony was prompt, courteous, informative and seemed very competent. We will see if our moisture ants return after awhile, but so far, they appear to have been deleted.

Attentive and diligent. Jordan did a great job as always.

Both their external and internal team members are great to work with! Shawn, the tech that serviced my house was very knowledgeable. Glad he’s apart of their team!

They got here when they said they will and eased our concerns about termites. Thank you and we appreciate all you have done for us. :0)

We have had the same tech several times and he is great! The Killers have taken care of our bug problem each time and are always prompt in their response.

Thank you Killers! Sal provided excellent service as usual, We have used this company for nineteen years. Happy customer, would recommend highly. Always prompt, courteous and professional. Communication with staff is always positive! Merry Christmas!!

We've been using Killers Pest Control for a year now and are very pleased with their services and customer care. Our home is old, has many holes and openings and tiny crawl spaces; despite these challenges their techs have been great to work with. They even went to the trouble of patching some holes for us! Showed up on time. Explained procedure. Performed procedure. Checked with me after job. Great guy.

We have been using Killers for several years now and service is always top notch. LOVE THE KILLERS ! Our technician was great. Fast and thorough. And these guys are always cheerful!

Jordan was pleasant and thorough

All good.

Rafferty was knowledgeable and thorough with regard to treatment for mice.

I am usually notified by phone or text when they would come to service. I received neither.

Killers pest control does a good job and Josh Derr seems to be proud of his work.

Rafferty is The Man! He is conscientious, thorough, and his knowledge of pest biology, behavior, and motivation gives us peace of mind that we’ve got the right person on the job. It doesn’t hurt that he’s got a great sense of humor…..bonus!!

I'm with Touchstone Property Management and we have worked with The Killers for many years now. They are always responsive, great communicators, charge a fair price and get the job done right. If you're looking for pest control, I can't recommend them enough!

Killer's performed the scheduled service that is part of the annual contract. It is good to know that I do not need to call them and remind them when to come out. They always send me a report of what they have done and if they find anything that I need to know about. Professional as one would hope for.

Very professional, listens and explains

Excellent continued service & professionalism live my annual program!

Sal has been treating our home for the past several years. He is always on time, polite and willing to take the time to answer any questions we may have without us feeling hurried. He is extremely thorough and I feel goes above and beyond the normal. I wouldn't use anyone else. EVER!

It has been nearly a year since our first treatment. NO bugs in our house! HURRAY! Our technician is so timely and careful of our property and polite! Great company.

Very efficient and knowledgeable.

Tom Fink was prompt, courteous, and professional. He performed the initial inspection on Friday, 1/3, reported what he found, answered our questions, and explained our options without any sales pressure. He was able to get us an appointment for trap and bait setting, as well as closing rodent entry points the… Read full review

The service was excellent and the technician was very helpful.

Victor is very pleasant. Explains what he is doing on the exterior of the house. Always asks if there are any ant issues in the house. Very pleased with his work. Thank you

This is a very respectful company do not trust any door to door company with false promises. Killers will come whenever you call .

I've used Killers for many years, and the mouse problem has been eliminated by the bait traps. The techs are always professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend.

Very happy with the technician, he is a great guy!!!!!

After we noticed some rodent activity, we contacted Killers. Dylan Sulecki came out a couple days later and took care of the problem. He had also performed our monthly service a week or so prior. Very Professional and caring. Flavio is a great guy and knows his stuff. Very glad to have him helping us with our problem!

Jordan came out and serviced our property today and did a fantastic job of explaining every step of the way. An all around excellent employee! The Killers also had great pricing! Definitely makes this an affordable and easy service to have done monthly!

EXTREMELY good at communications and always excitedly positive! The Killers techs are also very flexible and open. Bending over backwards for every job I give them, I'm very glad I've found them! (Shout out to the amazing Cheryl!)

Good service, very professional, always clears up my doubts about their products and services.

Excellent company representative!! Explained everything well and answered all questions with patience. 😊

Thanks Jordan. Loved the note on the door letting me know what was serviced!

Ants almost gone!

Great service that really works! Highly recommended!

I wanted to update my review for Victor, who replaced Terren on our route some time back. Victor is affable, informed, and professional. He always checks in to make sure that we don’t have any special needs, and works with us when we do. He’s a pleasure to work with, and represents the Killers well when he does our monthly service!!

The Killers are highly unethical. We have used them for 6 to 7 years at two houses in Salem. Recently, one of our houses had a lapse in coverage for a few months. When we called to set it back up they wanted to send a tech back out. The tech, Gus, came out, and informed us they were raising their prices from… Read full review

Professional, polite, and on time. Flavio is as good as it gets.

My service tech, Josh, was thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. He was quick to share his expertise on all things ants! L.

Salvador. The man, the myth, the legend. The knight in shining armor, the bringer death and destruction. The assassin from The guild of The Killers. The man, all men look up too and everyone want to be with. Feared by ant's, spiders and other creepy crawlies. His devotion to extermination is unwavering. One could… Read full review

Bait and switch here...BEWARE of these guys!!! They are SLICK! The service I was promised was NOT what was delivered! I have several neighbors who have had similar experiences. These people don't care about your home...they want your credit card! Go with another company...and be sure to ask around before hiring anyone.

Very professional, friendly and efficient.

Josh did a great job. He was knowledgeable about the products and pests he works with and excellent communication skills.

Great job! Even said he’d be back in 3 weeks to double check. That never happens! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍😁

I will say... we've not seen an ant since Killers have been here. We had some strange bugs once and I called; they were out here within a short period of time and took care of the matter. Very pleased working with this company and they do what they say they're going to do!

Before we moved to Salem, we lived in Portland in a house that had a mouse problem (landlord didn't take care of it). So when we bought our house, one of the first things we did was call a pest service to make sure we wouldn't be in the same boat. I'm so glad we did, because there is definitely a rodent problem in… Read full review

We've used their services for over 3 years, and all but once, the same person comes to spray the yard and take care of rodent traps. Other companies, we had someone different so the service almost always. Also, since using this service, we have not had ants in the house.

Jordan who serviced this week,: .gets the job done in a timely manner is very professional, knowledgeable, polite and pleasant. Thank you for your quality and promptness. Have a good day.🙂🙂🙂

Always a pleasure to work with Flavio. Very nice and professional in all what is needed to be done

This company is the best I called them they showed up the next day for an inspection and a estimate that I felt like was amazing after calling around other companies so I agreed and signed and the work started the very next day and I just can’t say enough good things about them I’m so happy and now I can sleep knowing I won’t have critters in my house

Very happy with the services so far. Thank you

Nice professional and did a great job.

Technician Flavio was great. He explained what he was going to do, inspected our crawl space for rodents, then reported his findings. Asked if I wanted to proceed with extermination and explained what it would entail. He then set traps in the crawl space, set up exterior bait stations, and repaired damaged vent… Read full review

We are very pleased with this company. They are very thorough in their work. Our service man Salvador is the greatest ! He is always very professional and lets us know what he finds and how it was treated. Very friendly. Excellent company!!

Great service and reasonably priced!

Very kind! Very knowledgeable! Would highly recommended.

They responded to my online request promptly and Gus came to my home the next day. He was so nice and patient with me and our gate that wouldn't open. He was fast, professional, and honest about the treatment that we needed, nothing more and nothing less. Totally recommend these guys.

I am very happy with the job done by the Killers. I’ve had Jordan a few times now and he is very thorough. The company is also very responsive whenever I have any concerns outside of my normally scheduled visits.

Very professional

David was very professional, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable when he set up my service. He gave me lots of wonderful advice and was very helpful! So thankful for him and the service his company provides!!

David Fry performed another great treatment. He is always neat, and professional. He is friendly and asks if histreatments are working. David seems very knowledgeable about his work. Thanks

Came to the door, introduced himself, asked if we had any indoor problems, and then treated the house. Great customer service and very professional.

Salvador has done an awesome job! Clearing the webs from all around the house and sprayed the entire inside, and the results are great! Definitely recommend

Yearly spraying for ants. Always fast and friendly. Always recommend.

Victor was awesome and very professional. He got it done in a timely manner but did an excellent job making sure we were happy and the ants were taken care of. I would use this service again thanks to Victor! Thank you so much! Tim
