Dylan has been our tech for about a month now and he has gotten our problem firmly in hand. Numerous kills of rats after a broad local infestation. I am usually notified by phone or text when they would come to service. I received neither.

Killer's performed the scheduled service that is part of the annual contract. It is good to know that I do not need to call them and remind them when to come out. They always send me a report of what they have done and if they find anything that I need to know about. Professional as one would hope for.

The Killers are highly unethical. We have used them for 6 to 7 years at two houses in Salem. Recently, one of our houses had a lapse in coverage for a few months.
