Dylan has been our tech for about a month now and he has gotten our problem firmly in hand. Numerous kills of rats after a broad local infestation. I am usually notified by phone or text when they would come to service. I received neither.

Killer's performed the scheduled service that is part of the annual contract. It is good to know that I do not need to call them and remind them when to come out. They always send me a report of what they have done and if they find anything that I need to know about. Professional as one would hope for.

The Killers are highly unethical. We have used them for 6 to 7 years at two houses in Salem. Recently, one of our houses had a lapse in coverage for a few months. I had a great initial meeting with Gus, who was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. I am excited to have some hope of stemming the tide of box elders and stink bugs that are inundating the property, and appreciate the range and reasonable cost of treating our home for pests. 5 stars for The Killers and their wonderful advance man Gus.

I will say... we've not seen an ant since Killers have been here. We had some strange bugs once and I called; they were out here within a short period of time and took care of the matter. Very pleased working with this company and they do what they say they're going to do!

We've used their services for over 3 years, and all but once, the same person comes to spray the yard and take care of rodent traps. Other companies, we had someone different so the service almost always. Also, since using this service, we have not had ants in the house.

Gus is professional, friendly and honest. Looking forward to future services.
