The Killers Pest Control Salem

Alvin provided great service. He was able to squeeze us in same day (remove a rat body and reset trap) so we wouldn't have to put up with the smell. He's always personable. Listens to my concerns and checks them out.

Josh is considerate, friendly, cheerful, efficient, thorough, AND very tolerant of barking dogs! We are very grateful for his service.

The technician, Alvin Young, did a great job. He has done very good work over the course of our contract in tracking down areas where rodents were entering the house from the foundation, and then getting those areas sealed. Today, he went above and beyond to pull some boards from a deck, with my son's help, and… Read full review

Alvin is outstanding in every way. He’s the primary reason for using Killers

Tony is great, always on time, works hard, takes questions, very wonderful to have helping us out.

I was having an issues with wood rats again. Alvin set traps and one trap killed a very large one the first night that the traps were set. The other two traps were "visited by other rats", but they were some how able to take the bait but not trip the traps. 🤷‍♀️ There was clear evidence (lots of feces and that… Read full review

Updated Review June 2026 The Killers to the rescue again! This time for mice 🤮 They came the very next morning after we found 2 mice in our house. Gus found where they’re getting in (he’s awesome), and our regular guy, Victor (he’s awesome too), will be back soon to set up all the traps. Country life is great,… Read full review

Thank you Killers! Sal provided excellent service as usual, We have used this company for nineteen years. Happy customer, would recommend highly. Always prompt, courteous and professional. Communication with staff is always positive! Merry Christmas!!

Friendly and professional and seemed knowledgeable. Only issue was they were 45 minutes late from what heads-up txt message said, though they were also appropriately apologetic.

Very through with explanations and expectations.

Sal is a super courteous and efficient member of the Killers team. Always super helpful and positive!

We've been using Killers Pest Control for a year now and are very pleased with their services and customer care. Our home is old, has many holes and openings and tiny crawl spaces; despite these challenges their techs have been great to work with. They even went to the trouble of patching some holes for us! Also,… Read full review

Awesome! Company did me a great job as always! Brett and Arthur 🐶

Dylan has been our tech for about a month now and he has gotten our problem firmly in hand. Numerous kills of rats after a broad local infestation. I had a -preliminary inspection to start service with Killers this morning. Gus was right on time , called before he came and was very friendly. Killers took care of us as we were getting ready to move in our previous home and it was just a great experience and so we wanted to have them part of our team in Mount Angel. 10/10

Dillon came out to start treatment at our home today! What a great guy! We just started with Killers yesterday but they came highly recommended by our realtor. Professional and knowledgeable.. quick and thorough. Thanks!!!

DO NOT USE!! This business tried to charge twice the amount that Terminex did for the same exact service. My elderly mom got scammed into believing that they could fix all the issues and they did not! Wanted 250.00 to cancel service. I old not recommend.

Very efficient and pleasant.

Update 3 years later, still the best that I've ever found! The team is always polite from the office phones to the technicians. These guys absolutely deserve your business! 3yrs ago: Wonderful friendly customer service! Every team member that visits the house is efficient and knowledgeable. Love these guys!

Very thorough , tech ...

The representative, Tom, who first came out, and the technician, Aaron, both did a fantastic job explaining everything to me. I was very impressed with my experience today. Very professional.

Jordan was knowledgeable, professional, experienced, & explained things very well. Very pleased & happy we decided to go with The Killers pest control.

I've used Killers for many years, and the mouse problem has been eliminated by the bait traps. The techs are always professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend.

Super friendly, very straight forward about pricing, extent of the issue and plan of action! When I called to make the appt, the gal was SO nice and got me in within 48 hours. Highly recommend.

After we noticed some rodent activity, we contacted Killers. Dylan Sulecki came out a couple days later and took care of the problem. He had also performed our monthly service a week or so prior. I dealt with you last year unfortunately I couldn’t keep up the service because I was unemployed. That’s why called for your help again. I haven’t been able to work or even go in my backyard in three years because of sickness and taking care of my father during and having to take care of him in Burns. But the gentleman I’ve dealt with are professional’s

EXTREMELY good at communications and always excitedly positive! The Killers techs are also very flexible and open. Bending over backwards for every job I give them, I'm very glad I've found them! (Shout out to the amazing Cheryl!)

Jordan is always friendly and very helpful.

Actually found and sealed tunnels used by rodents to get under my house! Kudos to a new set of eyes on my property!

Personal, polite and willing to listen and answer my questions

They are always so helpful and professional . We have used them once before and was pleased with their service . They will be out on the 7th to do their first service

His service was top notch. Clean. Friendly. Efficient.

Thanks Jordan. Loved the note on the door letting me know what was serviced!

Sal is great, let's us know what he did and where . We would recommend him to others

I wanted to update my review for Victor, who replaced Terren on our route some time back. Victor is affable, informed, and professional. He always checks in to make sure that we don’t have any special needs, and works with us when we do. He’s a pleasure to work with, and represents the Killers well when he does our monthly service!!

The guy was awesome friendly and knowledgeable. Only problem is my tech's keeping changing.....this kid I would keep :-)

Quick response to my request for service; professional, courteous, and friendly technician. Couldn’t be happier with the service received.

We had some strange noises in our attic. I called our friends at the Killers. They do our pest control for two buildings in Salem and our farm out in Jefferson. I didn't think they would be able to help us but I guess there's some kind of a rat clause. So we were fortunate to have Matthew come over he inspected and… Read full review

I can’t express enough how HAPPY I am with The Killers, their team and their service. I needed them in a pinch and they were on top of everything and all with the friendliness that I haven’t experienced in the service industry in a long time!! Thank you!!

The Killers are highly unethical. We have used them for 6 to 7 years at two houses in Salem. Recently, one of our houses had a lapse in coverage for a few months. When we called to set it back up they wanted to send a tech back out. The tech, Gus, came out, and informed us they were raising their prices from… Read full review

Professional, polite, and on time. Flavio is as good as it gets.

Gus was very nice, and professional. Shocked at the price since my only income is Social Security. But I need it done Flavio was here this morning. Good service and polite.

Killers is the best! They’re always prompt, friendly And the service really works!

In and out quickly and gave me some advice to help with the ant and mice issues. Put some traps in for me, and all is well.

Bait and switch here...BEWARE of these guys!!! They are SLICK! The service I was promised was NOT what was delivered! I have several neighbors who have had similar experiences. These people don't care about your home...they want your credit card! Go with another company...and be sure to ask around before hiring anyone.

Our tech is helpful and caring . This company has really been helpful . Bought our home that had been vacant and realized we had a huge rodent issue. THE KILLERS , stuck with us and returned over and over to remove and replace traps and seal holes . They are great !

The man who has been serving our house and property is Sal, and I just won't have anyone else! He has rid our buildings and property of rodents in a remarkably short time. He is conscientious about making a plan, he explains it to his clients, and he does exactly what he says. He does an amazing job and I cannot… Read full review

Before we moved to Salem, we lived in Portland in a house that had a mouse problem (landlord didn't take care of it). We've used their services for over 3 years, and all but once, the same person comes to spray the yard and take care of rodent traps. Other companies, we had someone different so the service almost always. Also, since using this service, we have not had ants in the house.

Josh from Killer’s is awesome!

Victor always is very attentive and professional, making sure our home is protected. Spends the time explaining what he is doing and addresses any concerns we have. Highly recommend this company.

Victor knows his stuff. Let me know that it was slugs eating bait, thank goodness not rats. Rebaited bait for rats. Thank you Victor your the Best!

Very knowledgeable, great service.

The tech called prior to arrival, was knowledgeable about the service I needed. He did a great job and was pleasant to work with.

Gus did a great job!

Always a pleasure to work with Flavio. Very nice and professional in all what is needed to be done

I am very impressed with the service and the professionalism of your staff.

As usual… great service for the past 3 yrs running. Thanks to a great team!

This company is the best I called them they showed up the next day for an inspection and a estimate that I felt like was amazing after calling around other companies so I agreed and signed and the work started the very next day and I just can’t say enough good things about them I’m so happy and now I can sleep knowing I won’t have critters in my house

They saved my house! I got the house from my mom and she had a really bad infestation. David Fry did a great job today. He was punctual, courteous and let us know that our bait stations were doing their job! The staff, especially Cheryl are so helpful when you call with questions. I highly recommend Killers!

Nice professional and did a great job.

Technician Flavio was great. He explained what he was going to do, inspected our crawl space for rodents, then reported his findings. Victor is a real asset to your company and it’s customers. He does a very professional and complete job. Very efficient with excellent communication. I’ll never use another company for my pest control.

Technician was knowledgeable, professional and attentive. This was a quarterly inspection and treatment. The Killers are the Best.

Jordan was here within the time frame stated, explained what he was going to do clearly and was done in a reasonable amount of time. He was also very pleasant. Thank you Jordan.

We are very pleased with this company. They are very thorough in their work. Our service man Salvador is the greatest ! He is always very professional and lets us know what he finds and how it was treated. Very friendly. Excellent company!!

Very good service

After my initial meeting with Gus, I had a couple questions. I sent him a text and received an answer in less than an hour! The technician, David, came out as scheduled with Gus. I cannot say enough of these guys. They are very professional and get the job done. Victor came out and was very kind to take care of things. Im very pleased with your service. From all who has been involved in taking care of us. Thanks

Flavio , the tech explained what he was doing and answered all of our questions.

The tech was very knowledgeable, straight and to the point. Very clear about the process and pricing.

Very friendly, respectful and careful to protect my pets.

Very pleasant and professional.

First I’d like to say that the killers do exactly as they say they will, eliminate pest problems and keep it under control for the duration of their contract with you. The Killers were very responsive and got us on the schedule for the following day 👍

They sold an annual contract my mom when we only wanted the rat extermination. They have canceled two appointments at the last minute. We still have the rodent issue. And of course we paid them in full I guess they don't care about the people that have already paid.

First, I have to say The Killers go far above and beyond the standards of professionalism I have experienced here on the Central Oregon Coast. Always great service. I especially appreciate that they show up when they say they will.

Jason was on time, very personable. He explained the process and what to expect.

We have a year contract with the Killers, we bought the platinum package. It has been worth every penny!! Today they came to the house and removed two rats that had gotten caught in traps! So gross!

Michael took extra time with us; explaining what he found, what he did, great COVID precautions!. Thank you for your good service, Michael! We appreciate you a great deal!

Very friendly, efficient and eager to please. They are working according to contract and on time. Gus and Sal are patient and listen to my concerns and make workable recommendations. Highly recommend this company. Also very affordable

Sal showed up on time and was very polite and friendly. He explained their process of spraying and what they do at follow-up. I'm looking forward to seeing many less spiders in 30 days :)

Very responsive when calling. Both people that came out were professional and would explain the steps. I had a hole in my wall where rodents were getting into the garage and they offered to seal it up for me. Very cool!

I did not like their service because when caught a rat 🐀 we had to deal with the awful smell of dead rat, for 2 days because they we’re always short on staff and it’s only by appointment.
