The Killers Pest Control Salem

The technician, Alvin Young, did a great job. He has done very good work over the course of our contract in tracking down areas where rodents were entering the house from the foundation, and then getting those areas sealed. Today, he went above and beyond to pull some boards from a deck, with my son's help, and… Read full review

Technician was very efficient and professional

I was impressed w/technician Tony's attitude and sense of humor. He was respectful and more thorough than I expected. I would hire this company again. Great communication. And easy to schedule prompt service.

Alvin with Killers Pest Control is outstanding. Checks for any concerns prior to appointment, responds, and is available for any questions. Highly recommend!

Prompt, friendly and they chase the spiders away! I’m so grateful for their service. My home stays spider free with their assistance. Thank you!

Attentive and diligent. Jordan did a great job as always.

Both their external and internal team members are great to work with! Shawn, the tech that serviced my house was very knowledgeable. Glad he’s apart of their team!

They got here when they said they will and eased our concerns about termites. Thank you and we appreciate all you have done for us. :0)

Updated Review June 2026 The Killers to the rescue again! This time for mice 🤮 They came the very next morning after we found 2 mice in our house. Gus found where they’re getting in (he’s awesome), and our regular guy, Victor (he’s awesome too), will be back soon to set up all the traps. Country life is great,… Read full review

We've been using Killers Pest Control for a year now and are very pleased with their services and customer care. Our home is old, has many holes and openings and tiny crawl spaces; despite these challenges their techs have been great to work with. They even went to the trouble of patching some holes for us! Also,… Read full review

Dylan has been our tech for about a month now and he has gotten our problem firmly in hand. Numerous kills of rats after a broad local infestation. We signed up for a year to deal with numerous things we have to contend with throughout the year. Dylan is a great person as well! Kudos to him and your company!

Quick to come to my home to give inspection and next day went right to work. I am very pleased they are working getting rid of my pest problems. Thank you!

This morning I was home and somehow missed the tech coming to the door, so honestly I was a little frustrated and called to see if he could come and complete the service. Turns out he did come to the door I just couldn’t hear over my dog barking, and not only did he comeback the same day, he did a few extra services… Read full review

I can’t recommend this pest control company enough! They always get the job done and have completely taken care of every issue I’ve had — from rodents to ants to spiders. Such a great experience everytime we use them. Highly recommend.

Always thorough, friendly, and works in timely manner.

Took the time to take care of all issues around our house. Pleasant to speak with and professional at his job

The Killers Pest Control are considerate and friendly. They ask questions and respect your property.

As usual, great job! And my tech was so sweet and courteous.

Very thorough. The technician was very knowledgeable and did a great job.Really keeping a great job of taking care of rats.

Wow! Thank you for coming out on Christmas Eve! The Killers have always done a great job for me and that day was no exception.

Our technician was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

I am usually notified by phone or text when they would come to service. I received neither.

Awesome customer service and thorough job! I'll never be without these guys!

Excellent continued service & professionalism live my annual program!

Sal has been treating our home for the past several years. He is always on time, polite and willing to take the time to answer any questions we may have without us feeling hurried. He is extremely thorough and I feel goes above and beyond the normal. I wouldn't use anyone else. EVER!

The representative, Tom, who first came out, and the technician, Aaron, both did a fantastic job explaining everything to me. I used The Killers before when I lived in Salem and was very pleased then, so I didn't hesitate to call them again to come out to this area where I live now. I am very pleased with the… Read full review

Jordan was knowledgeable, professional, experienced, & explained things very well. Very pleased & happy we decided to go with The Killers pest control.

This is a very respectful company do not trust any door to door company with false promises. Killers will come whenever you call .

See the above ratings.

Very Professional and caring. Flavio is a great guy and knows his stuff. Very glad to have him helping us with our problem!

Made a special request and he did it with no problem.

The current applicator has been very good attending to the multiple needs we have for insect control. Thank you

Jordan came out and serviced our property today and did a fantastic job of explaining every step of the way. An all around excellent employee! The Killers also had great pricing! Definitely makes this an affordable and easy service to have done monthly!

Good service, very professional, always clears up my doubts about their products and services.

Excellent company representative!! Explained everything well and answered all questions with patience. 😊

Dylan was very polite and spend his time making sure everything was taken care of. Couldn't be happier. Thanks Dylan.

Actually found and sealed tunnels used by rodents to get under my house! Kudos to a new set of eyes on my property!

His service was top notch. Clean. Friendly. Efficient.

Great service that really works! Highly recommended!

We have used the killers service several years now, and we are very happy with the service. We have some come out and spray on the regular for spiders ants. They're always on time and respectful of our spaces. The only problem we ever had was when they broke a hose splitter to get water for their sprayer. And even that was resolved well.

I wanted to update my review for Victor, who replaced Terren on our route some time back. Victor is affable, informed, and professional. He always checks in to make sure that we don’t have any special needs, and works with us when we do. He’s a pleasure to work with, and represents the Killers well when he does our monthly service!!

The Killers are highly unethical. We have used them for 6 to 7 years at two houses in Salem. Recently, one of our houses had a lapse in coverage for a few months. When we called to set it back up they wanted to send a tech back out. The tech, Gus, came out, and informed us they were raising their prices from… Read full review

Killers is the best! They’re always prompt, friendly And the service really works!

Bait and switch here...BEWARE of these guys!!! They are SLICK! The service I was promised was NOT what was delivered! I have several neighbors who have had similar experiences. These people don't care about your home...they want your credit card! Go with another company...and be sure to ask around before hiring anyone.

The man who has been serving our house and property is Sal, and I just won't have anyone else! He has rid our buildings and property of rodents in a remarkably short time. He is conscientious about making a plan, he explains it to his clients, and he does exactly what he says. He does an amazing job and I cannot… Read full review

I will say... we've not seen an ant since Killers have been here. We had some strange bugs once and I called; they were out here within a short period of time and took care of the matter. Very pleased working with this company and they do what they say they're going to do!

We've used their services for over 3 years, and all but once, the same person comes to spray the yard and take care of rodent traps. Other companies, we had someone different so the service almost always. Also, since using this service, we have not had ants in the house.

Jordan who serviced this week,: .gets the job done in a timely manner is very professional, knowledgeable, polite and pleasant. Thank you for your quality and promptness. Have a good day.🙂🙂🙂

Josh from Killer’s is awesome!

Victor always is very attentive and professional, making sure our home is protected. Spends the time explaining what he is doing and addresses any concerns we have. Highly recommend this company.

This company is the best I called them they showed up the next day for an inspection and a estimate that I felt like was amazing after calling around other companies so I agreed and signed and the work started the very next day and I just can’t say enough good things about them I’m so happy and now I can sleep knowing I won’t have critters in my house

Very happy with the services so far. Thank you

Everything is great 👍 My team wins again

Love this company!! Always there like a clock. Professional, considerate, knowledgeable … all the good stuff!

Very good service

Great service and reasonably priced!

Very kind! Very knowledgeable! Would highly recommended.

I cannot say enough of these guys. They are very professional and get the job done. Victor came out and was very kind to take care of things. Im very pleased with your service. From all who has been involved in taking care of us. Thanks

Wonderful company! They came, sprayed the yards, patio and inside my home. I didn’t have fleas around for 2 years!

David was very professional, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable when he set up my service. He gave me lots of wonderful advice and was very helpful! So thankful for him and the service his company provides!!

Salvador has done an awesome job! Clearing the webs from all around the house and sprayed the entire inside, and the results are great! Definitely recommend

Was pleased with how fast I got someone to the service. They will be here to do the treatment Tuesday.

David went beyond what we expected, with suggestions and a super extermination program. He's knowledgeable and freely shares information when asked.

He was polite and thorough and efficient. Thank you...Mike

We renewed our contract with killer pest. Our exterminator came out today and as always was very nice and reset all our traps out side, sprayed and baited all areas that we've noticed ant 🐜 problems. He called ahead of time so I could let him inside the house which helped.

Prompt service, answered all my questions

They treat our home for infestations of all kinds, including mice. Since we started using their service we have had zero issues with anything, including the original termite problem, carpenter ants & spiders. They were so prompt when their competitor didn’t show. Their competitor has lost our business. We will stay… Read full review

Very professional, timely, great customer service, respectful and I love that my very large fur babies adore Sal and he greets them every time... the office is wonderful to work with as well, scheduling is very accommodating.

We have had an annual contract with the Killers for many years now. They are always responsive and helpful. Great provider!

Great service. Matt was awesome...

Brian was on time and knowledgeable. He got one rat and set us up to get any more that might still be there. He also did some minor repairs to keep them out in the future. Thank you!

This company is amazing! Every single person I’ve ever dealt with has been professional and friendly. Additionally, since I’ve been using their service, the amount of spiders and bugs that make their way into my home are almost nil

We have been a customer for about a year now. Every service provider that has been here is friendly and professional. Great customer service! They help me stay consistent with appointments. We had a number of wasp nests trying to form under the eves, all it took was one call and they were out same day to remove… Read full review
