Dylan has been our tech for about a month now and he has gotten our problem firmly in hand. Numerous kills of rats after a broad local infestation. We signed up for a year to deal with numerous things we have to contend with throughout the year. Dylan is a great person as well! Kudos to him and your company!

We have used the killers service several years now, and we are very happy with the service. We have some come out and spray on the regular for spiders ants. They're always on time and respectful of our spaces. The only problem we ever had was when they broke a hose splitter to get water for their sprayer. And even that was resolved well.

I wanted to update my review for Victor, who replaced Terren on our route some time back. Victor is affable, informed, and professional. He always checks in to make sure that we don’t have any special needs, and works with us when we do. He’s a pleasure to work with, and represents the Killers well when he does our monthly service!!

The Killers are highly unethical. We have used them for 6 to 7 years at two houses in Salem. Recently, one of our houses had a lapse in coverage for a few months. Bait and switch here...BEWARE of these guys!!! They are SLICK! The service I was promised was NOT what was delivered! I have several neighbors who have had similar experiences. These people don't care about your home...they want your credit card! Go with another company...and be sure to ask around before hiring anyone.

I will say... we've not seen an ant since Killers have been here. We had some strange bugs once and I called; they were out here within a short period of time and took care of the matter. Very pleased working with this company and they do what they say they're going to do!

We've used their services for over 3 years, and all but once, the same person comes to spray the yard and take care of rodent traps. Other companies, we had someone different so the service almost always. Also, since using this service, we have not had ants in the house.

We renewed our contract with killer pest. Our exterminator came out today and as always was very nice and reset all our traps out side, sprayed and baited all areas that we've noticed ant 🐜 problems. He called ahead of time so I could let him inside the house which helped.

My mice are gone, but for $1,000/yr the service is extremely subpar. No one ever calls you to set up an appointment, they wait for you to call them, but they don’t tell you this piece of information.
