I wouldn’t call anyone else for yellow jacket nest removal. My appointment was 8-10a, the tech was at my house at 8 sharp. Their tech Patrick promptly dug up the nest and let me get a quick glance at it. He was extremely knowledgeable, answered my many questions and got the job done efficiently. I highly recommend Lady Bug.
We had a small hole in the soffit that we saw quite a few wasps coming in and out of. Sprayed in with wasp killing spray but didn’t really do much good. David and Jake hit them with something that made them drop like flies, then they took the nest out and replaced the soffit with a new piece we had lying around. Great work!
I had a yellow jacket infestation where 3 of my sidings met each other. Patrick came out to take care of it He was so through and patient with me and the bugs. I doubt you will find a better person to handle your pest problem. He was the best. He clearly explained what he was doing and what rhe yellow jackets were doing. Great guy!

They have been great for us. Have come out after hours to help with bat in fireplace. We have quarterly service - and if anything needs to be done in between they come out no charge. Very responsive. Owners and staff are knowledgeable and friendly!!
