David was incredibly professional. You can tell that not only does he want to provide excellent service but that he has the expertise to back it up. I’m thankful he was able to help us with our mouse problem!
I bought a new house and immediately found pest and rodent issues. Ladybug sent someone out right away for an inspection and made it easy through their estimate system to choose services. David came out to do some work and was very professional. The work was done quickly and the communication was efficient and…
I love Ladybug they are keeping my home free of mice and roaches that other neighbors have. My home is rodent free thanks to them. We do quarterly treatments the techs are very good. And a big thanks to Aubri Steele she was and is so helpful with questions and it was so easy to set up my account. If you have a problem call Ladybug ask for Aubri.
Had a raccoon that was acting strangely and would not leave the yard during the day. I was worried that it was ill and needed to be removed, so I called DNR and they sent me to LadyBug. Since it was off hours there was an additional charge. They arrived on time but looked at the raccoon and it limped away. They…
Very happy with our services! Our technician Patrick was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help and advise.
Logan very informative and explains everything before purchase.
Very honest company. Knowledgeable employees. Does not try to sell services that are not needed. In fact, tells us what we can do ourselves. Price is very reasonable.
Great experience from start to finish They keep me you informed and all the work was completed on time. I want to thank all of the people I worked with Jonny, Logan, David, Addison, Preston, Cameron & Hollee
Cameron was a great technician! Very transparent, explained things easy to understand, prompt professional service
Very professional, on time, and very easy to work with.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you ever wake up and realize your house has been selected as the unofficial Airbnb for raccoons… call Lady Bug Pest Control immediately. We had what I can only describe as a tiny masked bandit convention happening at our place. Trash? Inspected. Property? Judged. Personal space? Ignored. Enter Jadin.…
Clear explanation of work done. Friendly , polite, helpful. Great work ethic.
Very kind and very informative about all pests when it comes to our rental home. Especially things that we need to get fixed or replaced. Very good team of pest control specialists.
Lady Bug did a great job with inspection, recommendations, and service. Never a high-pressure sales pitch.
They work with you until the problem is resolved. We have really appreciated their true desire to please & their efficiency.

We found a few days ago that several mice had decided to move in with us! We called Ladybug for an inspection and estimate. They were out the next day, accessed the situation and gave us options to deal with the furry free loaders as well as spiders, ants and other creepy things. Within 3 days we had our…
Ladybug is by far the most professional pest management company I have ever worked with. Being in the pesticide business, I really appreciate their attention to detail and explanation of what and why they are doing certain things to control our pests.
Jadin did a great job of explaining everything and was very efficient.

Phenomenal work! Super professional and detailed?
Great people and do a good job. Recommend them for your pest control from bugs to wildlife.
We’ve used The Ladybug in the past, and they’ve always provided great service. We have issues with voles, so we got the vole treatment and chose the bi-annual membership since we had a spot on our house where we thought birds had access to. Patrick did an excellent job looking over the house and found a couple…
Good communication and handle all of our pest control needs.
Ladybug pest control checked our house over thoroughly and explained to me all that needed to be done. I had another pest control company at one time but they were only there 15 minutes and were not thorough at all. I am very impressed with the Ladybug group. I plan on keeping their maintenance program. Thank you Ladybug.
Wonderful business. Great owners and staff. Came out for a different issue than the service I signed up for. Didn’t charge me and said that I would utilize them in the future because of how he handled an issue that resolved itself before he arrived. He was right. I love working with honest people that don’t try to…
