Everything else is fine, but the washing machines don't have water. And even worse, the water stinks. I use all sorts of detergents, and my clothes don't smell like anything I put in them. I use Tide, Downy, Pearls, etc., and the water still stinks.

Been here a few times, great place to wash our clothes and customer service..but it does get busy here

We were in Orlando for several days and washed our clothes here twice. Very clean and well staffed. There are plenty of machines in varying sizes/prices. Convenient location if you are staying along International Drive or near Universal/Sea World.
Sugerencia ,cuando hay mucha gente y las lavadoras ocupadas ,uno llega a lavar y ay gente que deja la ropa ahi y se va ., me a tocado llegar y veo lavadoras que an terminado el ciclo mas de una ,y uno esperando aver cuando la persona se acuerda en sacar la ropa ,creo que deverian ser como mas conscientes en ese aspecto , que las personas esten pendientes , por uno tiene mil cosas que hacer , y esperar 10 minutos o 15 es mucho o aver cuando la persona viene a sacar la ropa .creo que 5 minutos despues de que una lavadora termine su ciclo seria suficiente..

Machines do NOT wash clothes properly. Before the rinse cycle, the machine should spin to remove the soapy water from the clothes. The machines also reduce the amount of water it gives, while the prices keep going up.

No credit card option (only Cash/ ATM) The cheapest dryer is $1.50 for 33 minutes, that's x3 of an average price. normally, in other places, it costs $0.50 for this amount of time

We also offer an app to pay using credit card/apple pay which also offers reward points and 10% discounts at certain spending thresholds.
