My granddaughter has attended the Learning experience de of Denton for 2.5 years now. What I’ve seen is my granddaughter grow to be a creative and caring toddler with the experience of this daycare/school. The staff from the moment I pick up or drop off is extremely kind and attentive. Greeting us with a smile every time. Ms. Janine is a blessing for every child in her classroom- eye contact and support for every child. Discipline and consistent is so important and that’s what Ms. Janine provides in her classroom. The genuine love for the children comes natural. Thank you Learning experience of Denton- you have provided trust and a sense of gratitude my granddaughter is in your care. ♥️

I was recommended this daycare when my best friend had her son go here as well as my husbands coworker has her daughters attend TLE as well. My son has been going here since 2024, the teachers he has had have all been so amazing and so loving towards him. They take the time to understand each child, their personality, their likes and create special bonds with each of the children in their classroom. My son and daughter have learned so much going to this school. I enjoy hearing about the friends they make, the things they learn, the fun activities they get to do with their teachers and I especially love seeing the pictures they share on the show n tell app. It provides a sense of comfort when you're away from your child. My daughter started a year ago and she is one to be very guarded but has found comfort in her teachers. The previous nanny I had for her left me feeling very anxious and nervous leaving my daughter in someone else's care but I have been blown away with how amazing they have been with her. She has made so many amazing friends who she MUST say goodbye to every day. Walking into their class at pick up and just seeing them smile and having fun has reassured me that I made the right choice by selecting TLE to be their daycare. I also really appreciate the fact that they do parent teacher conferences; letting you know how well your child is doing, how they act in class, where they're flourishing and areas they need a little more focus on. Not only do they provide updates for the parents via the app, they also do so much more outside of the day to day classroom lesson and activities. The really involve the parents in seasonal activities as well. My kids especially loved meeting Santa as well as trunk or treat. It's overall an amazing school, with special teachers and a great director who greats every child by name when walking into the school for the day. As someone who previously worked in the daycare industry and has seen what can happen behind close doors, this school has gone above and beyond in providing me the reassurance that they truly care about your kids, their development, their well being and just genuinely getting to know your child. I always recommend this school to anyone looking for a daycare because this place has surprised me in so many ways. I love everyone here!

Our son has been going to TLE for over 2 years and it has been a great experience that allowed him to grow and develop in ways he would not have normally done so. This is a very inclusive place with teachers and families representing many different cultural backgrounds. Ms. Arpita has been our son’s teacher, and she does a great job of setting expectations with the kids but also showing how much she cares for each of them. I know there was a recent review that mentioned discrimination, but my son and our family have become friends with other kids and families that are different races, and I can say that what was said by the poster of the negative review simply does not reflect the leadership or teachers at TLE. If you are in Denton, you won’t find a more inclusive, engaging, and caring environment for you kid(s).

When I first enrolled my son, I was told there would not be cameras available for parents to view the classroom. However, I was reassured that I would receive regular updates and photos throughout the day. Unfortunately, that did not happen consistently. Over time, I began to lose confidence in the center. Whenever I called to check on my son, the person answering the phone often seemed impatient or frustrated by my questions. As a parent, especially one who struggles with anxiety, I simply wanted reassurance that my child was okay, had eaten, and was settling in. I also noticed that my son was frequently sick and increasingly unhappy about going to daycare. At the time, I was told that perhaps he just wasn’t adjusting well to a daycare environment. However, after withdrawing him and enrolling him elsewhere, I saw a dramatic difference. He adjusted quickly, became much happier, and has been thriving in his new setting. That experience made me realize the issue was not daycare itself, but rather the environment he was in. Another concern was the constant turnover of teachers. There seemed to be very little consistency or stability in the classroom, which can be especially difficult for young children who depend on familiar faces and routines. Writing this review was not easy, and it took me a long time to decide whether to share my experience. The staff seemed kind and welcoming at first, but over time my experience became increasingly disappointing and emotionally exhausting. I genuinely hoped things would improve, but unfortunately they did not

My son is started here Feb 2026 and is currently a student. At first being a new mom I was bervous and had questions and concerns but the staff was able to give feedback that made me feel more comfortable. Since my son has been here he has improved with speech, social skills, potty trained with Ms Valerie and now he is in Mrs Arpita's class and so far I love the structure and consistency in her routine. My son has also been able to see his speech and occupational therapist while attending and has been provided the space for it. Im and very pleased with our experience here.

If you identify as any race other than white do not bring your child here. I am making this review because I am an advocate for black and brown people in my community and when people search this place I want them to know the truth. I am not an angry customer. I am a hardworking American citizen that pays taxes, rent, and work in Denton county. Never have I EVER experienced the amount of DISCRIMINATION that I have experienced in the 5-6 months of my two year old going to this school. I have had CPS called on me twice, my child has been injured over 3 times in 6 months. No one notifies me that he has been hurt until I pick him up and they are shoving an incident report in my face. I work for a MEDICAL INSURANCE COMPANY as a claims adjuster. If COVER YOUR BUTT was a person it would be me so these incident reports only prove to me what I was already feeling. Yall are not watching my baby. They sat me down two days ago and told me my two year old does not follow directions so it would benefit him to be in a smaller setting …. I.e. taking him to another daycare…..he’s 2. Okay. Not only that whenever I pick him up they can never find his sippy cup or shoes. When you first start this school they have a whole orientation telling you how great they are. They take you on a tour. Sign you up. Take your money. Then on your child’s first day will tell you they have cameras … but they don’t record. I bet they don’t. If you THOUGHT in your mind that the lady who answered the phone had an attitude. She did. It wasn’t you. She definitely was being rude when she heard over the phone that you were not white she immediately didn’t want you or your child at her daycare. I don’t even have alternative means of care for my child. I might even loose my job after this because I don’t have care for my child. But I’m literally willing to take that risk vs taking my baby to this daycare ever again. I’m leaving but I hope this google review stays here because I see a lot more black and brown people moving to the area. This is your warning about THIS DAYCARE not Denton. Denton is a lovely place. They could have told me they were full. They had ample amount of time to tell me ANYTHING before officially enrolling my baby in this school. I had to take off work three times to meet them in person before he was enrolled. They could have just said no. Instead of playing this “nice nasty” role then neglecting my child once he’s there. They started off sending me pictures/ updates thru the app. OVERLY changing his diaper. And everything. Now when I pick up my baby he is SOAKED and wet and again his shoes are nowhere to be found. This saddens me so much because my baby is completely oblivious to the level of discrimination he’s experiencing right now. Up until about a year ago he was at home. I was nervous about bringing him to school. And technically at that time I didn’t HAVE TO enroll him in school. I did this for his development. Every day my baby is excited to put his clothes on and come to school. So for this to be the way our experience ends. I’m truly sad. 😢

TLE Denton provides a welcoming, bright, caring childcare experience. They are truly part of our village. My daughters enjoy the environment, meals, play and curriculum-based activities, and especially the staff and teachers.
