Since making the switch, our experience has been nothing short of amazing. The learning environment has truly gone above and beyond for both of my kids, and we’ve seen such positive growth in them. The staff and front office team are always so kind, welcoming, and supportive, which makes a huge difference as a parent. We’re incredibly grateful to be part of a school community that genuinely cares about its students and families. Highly recommend the Learning Experience!

I am deeply disappointed with our experience at this location. My nephew came home with visible marks and injuries on his body, which alone was alarming and required immediate concern. Instead of professionalism, accountability, or reassurance, the situation escalated into inappropriate and unacceptable behavior by staff. Even if the marks are caused by other kids that means they lack of supervision! Allowing kids to get in fights under their supervision. There were comments made involving bets on which parent was Black or white regarding my brother who’s of mixed race, which is completely inappropriate and racially insensitive. Staff also asked unnecessary personal questions about the grandparents, including their names and ages, how long they been married. If the marriage is toxic which had no relevance to the situation. Mind you! Grandparents have been married 30+ years. Absolutely disgusting behavior. And no accountability! I wonder what other parents they gossip about. Most concerning was the accusation made toward the child’s grandfather, labeling him as “aggressive” simply because he arrived concerned for his grandchild’s well-being. A concerned family member advocating for a child’s safety should never be characterized in that way. This entire experience showed a serious lack of professionalism, boundaries, and cultural awareness. Families trust childcare providers with their children’s safety and dignity, and this situation failed on multiple levels. I strongly urge leadership to review staff conduct, training, and accountability procedures.

I wish there were more stars to give! TLE and Maria (the director) have been the greatest gift to our family. We have had a phenomenal experience over the last few years. The director genuinely cares about her staff and the teachers know and genuinely care for the kids. The culture is incredibly welcoming and feels like a family. Any areas of concern we have brought up were taken very seriously and handled in a professional manner. My expectations have by far been exceeded. Maria has always made us feel heard and made our kids feel known and protected.

My son is 11 months & has stayed at home with me since birth. I figured now would be a good time for him to start daycare, even though I was a nervous wreck about it. We toured multiple different daycares in the area & none of them gave me that gut feeling of love, care and overall wellbeing of my child until we went to the Learning Experience. The facility is clean, they have a structured day for the children & they offer breakfast, lunch & snacks throughout the day. They take pictures & update you throughout the day on an app of all feedings, diaper changes & activities, which help put my mind at ease. The first day my son went to the learning experience he met his teacher Miss Deborah. She is a god sent. She reassured me that he would be just fine. She cares for him like he is her own. If it was not for her making sure I was okay, as I cried leaving him & her comforting him while I left, idk where we would be today. Every morning I ask him if he’s ready to go see Miss Deborah, he laughs, smiles & gets so excited! I always joke that she is like a second grandmother to him! Miss Chris & Miss Emily are also amazing. My son is very aware & does not just go to anyone, but these teachers have cared for & loved him so well that at drop off in the mornings he goes into their arms & as a mom that makes me so happy! I cannot say enough great things about these teachers. 10/10 experience!

We absolutely LOVE TLE! Our son has been attending TLE since he was 18 months old and he is now almost 4. Our experience here has been amazing. The staff has always been so caring and attentive to our son. The facility is always clean! At this point we feel like family. The Director Maria Washington specifically has been especially kind and professional always going the extra mile over the years. There is no price you can put on peace of mind knowing your child is in a safe place and being loved on while you're at work and that's exactly what i feel leaving him at TLE. He is excited to go play with his friends everyday and learn. He also adores his teacher Ms. Jasmin! We highly recommend this location.

I can’t say enough good things about The Learning Experience and the amazing team of teachers who care for my son, Zayden. From the moment I enrolled him, the warmth and professionalism of the staff made me feel confident and at ease. A huge thank you to Mrs. Trinity, Zayden's homeroom teacher, for her constant support, patience, and nurturing presence. She goes above and beyond to ensure he feels safe, engaged, and excited to learn every day. It's clear how much she genuinely cares about each child in her class. Mrs. Maria, Mrs. Tan, and Mrs. Surya have also played a big role in Zayden's development. Their dedication, creativity, and kindness shine through in everything they do—especially in helping him with his social skills and emotional growth. I’ve seen so much growth in Zayden since he started at The Learning Experience, and that’s a direct reflection of the safe and inspiring environment the staff has created. I’m truly grateful to have such a wonderful team caring for him!

Their kindness and energy set the tone for the day, making drop-offs refreshing and reassuring. We are so grateful for the dedication and care this school provides—it’s been the best decision for our family!

Our daughter has been going to this daycare for a few years now and we love it so much that we enrolled our now 14 month old in the daycare. The staff is friendly especially Ms. Maria who is very helpful. I love the fact I get updates about my children during the day about activities, naps, and even what they eat. Great Daycare I would definitely recommend.
