I hired Amy and her crew in 2023 to clean my home as a vacation rental on an ongoing basis. The most challenging aspect of being an owner across the miles is finding a reliable, reputable and trustworthy cleaning service. They literally make or break your business. From the minute I met Amy to discuss what standards I wanted to set for my home, she was immediately agreeable and she had some great suggestions and best practices from other clients to share and I appreciated that. I felt like I was hiring a partner in my business and not just a cleaning service. Amy trains her staff to clean exceptionally well. Guests who stay in my home regularly comment on how clean the space is. And I admit, I am very specific and they do a terrific job. It is easy to use the Made Clean scheduling tool to schedule cleanings and communicate schedule changes. Amy and her team are very good to me and I am most appreciative of them.
