Is The Maids of The Triad any good?

My house was in need of a deep cleaning. I contacted several companies, but was impressed with my conversation when discussing a quote with the Maids and decided to have them come to complete the clean, and I could not be more happy with the results. The team was on time - and immediately got to work. They were…

Michelle and Purple Team were on time and performed the best deep clean I have ever experienced for my home by a cleaning service.

The Maids completed a deep clean of our home and performed exceptionally well. We were in a bind as we were planning for our son’s birthday party and Kelly and her team stepped in at the last minute. We were impressed with how the manager showed up the morning of the clean to walk through and ensure her team (Team…

The yellow team rocks and my place is spotless! Thank you for doing such a great job and I’m hoping to make this a monthly thing!

The maids handled my property in High Point and I have to say that they are the most professional, most thorough, respectful maids that I’ve ever hired. I’ve used several services throughout the Jamestown High Point trial area. Not a single one of them came with an 100 miles of what these ladies did I literally…

The Yellow Team was amazing! They were very thorough, efficient, and kind. Great service, and my house looks incredible!

I recently hired The Maids cleaning team to help prepare my home for a move, and they did an outstanding job!! They were professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough from start to finish. They made the process so much easier by leaving the house spotless and move out ready. They paid attention to details that I…

Shot out to the Yellow Team for the wonderful job done on my home today! The ladies were on time, pleasant and proficient.

I would 100% recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality cleaning services. They did an amazing deep clean on my home and exceeded my expectations. The team was professional, thorough, and paid attention to every detail. My house looks and feels incredible. I’ll definitely be using them…

My house sparkled when the ladies finished cleaning!

Very good cleaning service, and friendly people. I am very glad to have them here

The pink team did an excellent job on an elderly relative's home. It hadn't had a deep cleaning in a long time. They worked all day, and they worked hard, happy to go back and do anything I requested. They didn't mess around, didn't waste time. Highly recommend the pink team.

I came home to my house smelling so clean and spotless. Fantastic job. I highly recommend The Maids. Thank you.

This company is phenomenal. The yellow team is the Dream Team. I am going to be using them more and more.

Excellent work. Saved me during a very difficult situation. Had to rescue a family member with dementia. I came to them from out of town. Great customer service. I rate them 15 out of 10. Would definitely refer them to my family and friends.

First time using the Maids of the Triad. I was very satisfied with the Yellow team including Jaby, Saina, and Angelica. They were professional , courteous, and highly competent. They did a great job!!! I look forward to using the Maids in the future.

The Orange team deep cleaned my entire house. The team took care of all the things I knew I *should* do and I'm thankful to them for the time I could spend doing other things. The estimated quote was accurate and the team was so easy to work with. Ill will probably use them for a deep clean service a few times a year.

The wonderful service from the entire team is admirable. Punctuality, speed, and above all, the care with which they perform their tasks. Thank you very much. Highly recommended.

We were very pleased with the Red Team. They were able to schedule us in W-S with a few days notice upon the finish of a renovation. The house had sheetrock dust everywhere which I am allergic to. They did a great job top to bottom. They were prompt and very professional in all aspects. They got right to work and…

I have been having my home cleaned every other month by another service and decided to go with the maids when that company canceled on me last minute and so glad I did. I don't think I really knew what a deep clean was until they worked on my home! Would definitely recommend!

I called to see if they could come out on short notice, and they were more than happy to accommodate my request. A team of three showed up and scrubbed the house from top to bottom. They made sure every surface was spic and span. We are renting and quite honestly this place didn’t look this clean even when we first…

We had The Maids do a deep clean of our house after a construction project and the clean was fantastic. The ladies listened to all of our concerns and gave us a truly quality clean. We will definitely use the service again in the future!

Great team….did a good job but there was several things I wish had been better.

The Red team has been cleaning my house for about four years so needless to say I have been pleased by the service. I have three cats who shed so it important to me to have the upholstery vacuumed. Kitchen and bathrooms shine and I defy anyone to find a cobweb! I like that they are so reliable and on time. Because…

Waoh ! Fantastic service. I understand now how Red Team gets 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Thank you Meena and Red Team. My home looks so welcoming.

Meena and her “Red team” do a great job of cleaning our house. The ladies are so nice.

The green team did a fantastic job in deep cleaning our bathrooms and all the kitchen cabinets and window casings in our new home. There was a lot of nicotine stains left by the previous owner and now it looks and smells new and fresh. I highly recommend them.

We have had the blue and yellow teams clean for us. Both teams are highly professional and detailed.

The yellow team, with Jaby, Rosalinda, Yulimar and Saina were fantastic. They were prompt, professional, and thorough. They listened to what we wanted them to focus on and worked hard from start to finish. Great job and would use them again!

WARNING!! Do not under any circumstances use this cleaning company. They are a scam. They will over estimate and charge an extremely absurd amount of money and do little to NO work at all. They didn’t even come to my house to estimate the cost first. None of the people you talk to actually have any clue what goes on…

The Blue team cleaned our house for the first time today and they did a wonderful job! It was like I walked into a new house when I got home. They took great care of our belongings and made our house so clean! We have tried other cleaning services in the past but will only use The Maids blue team from now on.

Quality work and professional. I will definitely use them again.

My wife and I breath a sigh of relief every time we look at the house after The Maids have visited. The Purple Team does a fantastic job being quick and effective in all of their efforts. We appreciate their dedication to the small details.

I have used The Maids to clean for over 13 years. I have always been very pleased with the level of cleaning I receive from my Green Team.

The Yellow Team did a great job yesterday. I've cleaned my bathroom many times but taking a shower today I could instantly the difference between my cleaning and a professional cleaning. The attention to detail is also much appreciated. They came and got to work right away. They asked if there was anything I…

Our entire family was impressed with the thorough deep clean of our house. We look forward to having them here again. Thank you Green Team!

The Best Service EVER! They go above and beyond what you ask for, and do a phenomenal job. They have been cleaning our home a few years now, and I have yet, to be disappointed!!!!

Lety, Dino’s, Saina, and Esmeralda did an amazing job!

We hired The Maids for a deep clean and every other week cleanings after that. I can’t praise them highly enough. They were very thorough and professional. The Yellow Team goes above and beyond to make sure they leave our home fresh and clean. And I won’t reveal what it is but they have a signature detail they do…

The Yellow Team with Jaby was great! They were punctual and professional and even covered some items that I wouldn't have expected. They went above and beyond and were very friendly as well. I couldn't have asked for a better cleaning experience.
