I'm really glad I found this shop. Their communication is really excellent in explaining everything. My old mechanics were at Mission Viejo Motors. Since they closed a few years ago I've tried several others. The Mechanic OC is the first one who really makes me feel like a valued customer.
Wonderful people, fantastic service. Always took great care of my car and they even throw in a free wash with the visit!
Very professional. They gave a next day appointment, inspected the car and gave a very reasonable estimate. Took before and after photos that were accessible via a link. Communicated promptly and had the car ready on time. Definitely won me over as a customer.
Nester, the owner, was extremely conscious to try to save money on my behalf and identified areas to keep an eye on but did not need to be fixed on this visit, where other shops try to talk you into more work that you may need, Nestor is the opposite.
