The Mechanic OC for oil change

I'm really glad I found this shop. Their communication is really excellent in explaining everything. My old mechanics were at Mission Viejo Motors. Since they closed a few years ago I've tried several others. The Mechanic OC is the first one who really makes me feel like a valued customer.
Great experience starting with online communication thru Yelp and ending with me picking up my car! They did a great job of letting me know what work my car needed, what the price would be and was able to do it all in the same day! Super nice people to work with and will def be brining my Jag F Pace back for all…
$166 for an oil change and tire rotation is completely ludicrous. They might be great mechanics, but they’re running a scam on oil changes.
Follow up review for December 2023 service: I absolutely love everyone that I've encountered at The Mechanic OC. Nestor and Diana are absolute angels. They truly care about the needs and concerns of their customers and have exceeded, by far, my expectations of what exceptional customer service is like. I have…
Very satisfied with the service of the Professionals at The Mechanic OC. It’s comforting to know that we have you to trust our vehicles with. The inspection, quote and repairs were done in a timely manner! Thank you and we highly recommend you to others! We will see you again soon!
The Mechanic OC delivers Great Dealership Service without the dealership prices!
Great service and follow up. Will go back and have already recommended to friends and family. Keep this shop in business!
Very professional. They gave a next day appointment, inspected the car and gave a very reasonable estimate. Took before and after photos that were accessible via a link. Communicated promptly and had the car ready on time. Definitely won me over as a customer.
Amazing experience from beginning to end! Nester is the owner and I was greeted immediately and felt so welcomed as a new client. He tells you step by step what he plans to do and give you the price up front before they work on your car. He does complimentary inspection and told me what I will need to have…
Nester, the owner, was extremely conscious to try to save money on my behalf and identified areas to keep an eye on but did not need to be fixed on this visit, where other shops try to talk you into more work that you may need, Nestor is the opposite. He finished my brakes quickly and showed me the old parts and…
Nestor is an amazing mechanic. He really focuses on the details and cares about what he does. The first time I used The Mechanic OC I needed an oil change. Now I go to him for all my car problems. He is so great at what he does I will continue using The Mechanic OC for all things related to my car. I highly…
