Had my first facial. Was awesome. Jess .made me feel comfortable and explained things along the way. Did a great job.
Just had a facial. Will be back! Breanna was very friendly. The facility was very cute and clean. My face felt smooth and clean and clear and I’ll definitely be back. Was great that there was no upselling or tips. Treatment was nice and relaxing. Quiet environment. Already booked another appointment.
I had a facial today at The Only Facial with Alexandria at the 135th & Metcalf locations and it was great. I didn't know what to expect, it was my very first facial. My husband noticed my skin right away when I got home! I'm 48 and am really aging faster than I like. This just might have to be one of my new routines, because I feel amazing!
I have been going to The Other Facial for several months now and have had a wonderful experience with Emmerson. She does a great job and I have been well pleased.😊
I love The Only Facial for such a comprehensive all-inclusive treatment. I always go to Emerson and receive the best care and counsel.
Have been going to The Only Facial and seeing Emerson since February. I was a little hesitant on my first few appointments, as I've tried facials before and broke out after. I haven't had that issue at all here! Emerson is great at explaining the process and stepping my skin up with products when needed. I've…
I can’t recommend Hayden enough!! I’ve been going every six weeks for a year now. I’m definitely going to continue!! My skin looks better than ever!! If you are on the fence just try it once. You will definitely love it!!
I've been going to Only Facial for several months and it has made a huge improvement in my skin. Hayden is the best and is fantastic at tailoring to my skins needs while providing a relaxing experience. My appointment is one of my favorite days of the month!
Selah was great at explaining everything she was doing. It was very relaxing and my face feels wonderful.
I had my facial a few weeks ago with Mia. It was absolutely amazing. She was very professional and knowledgeable. Not only about what she was doing, but about products I already have. She helped me decide what is good and bad for my skin. The shop is cute and cozy. I loved every minute.. ♥️ ❤️
Cami is the best! My skin is in the best shape it has been in years thanks to Cami, her treatments and her home recommendations. I appreciate that her home recommendations are affordable as well!
I would highly recommend this place for facials. They are professional. The facility is very clean and I really like the person that does my facials for me. And the best part is my skin is looking better.
Cami is by far the best esthetician in the area. My skin has never looked better! Thank you Cami for your expertise and professionalism!
Hayden did a fantastic job with my facial. She explained everything as she did it and was so sweet. She checked in a couple of times afterwards to make sure all was ok! If you’re looking for a gift idea for anyone, this is it. Love this place and already booked my next appointment.

I’ve seen Emerson for facials for months and I only have the best things to say. She is so welcoming and knowledgeable about skin care. I leave my facials feeling rejuvenated and glowy. If you’re thinking of getting a facial, I’d recommend Emerson tenfold.

Cami- Did a great job on the facial but I have been trying to grow my eyebrows out for a year and when she dermaplaned my face she also did my eyebrows. She was 20 minutes late for my appointment and didn't apologize. I returned and had Hayden-this experience was unacceptable. She was rude. The esthetician had a…
Jessica was awesome! My skin feels amazing.
I’ve had facials before but none like this! They do every single step & don’t charge extra for things you’d think they would. Their products feel amazing on my skin, I’m sad I can’t purchase any anywhere. That’s the only negative & I don’t even see it necessarily as one because they sent me home with samples! Will…
