Awesome service as always. We used the Avondale location for years and I was thrilled to find a facility in Huntsville.
My sweet, very anxious pup had the very best time staying here for 3 nights!! 💗🙌 Highly recommend! They are so great! I added a bath to his services and he smells fabulous too! We are so happy to have a new home away from home! He was smiling in every photo they took while we were gone. Just love it! 🥰
The folks at Pawms did a remarkable job grooming our two Havanese. They look great an appeared to have a wonderful time while at the spa.
Friendly staff, clean calm environment..our Frenchie loved his experience and we did as well!
We have a standard poodle, which is, what I have found, to be difficult to find a good groomer for. I was able to get in quickly, and the staff were extremely nice and helpful. They did a beautiful job on my Tigger! I would definitely recommend them again and again.
We loved Pawms! The boys got a full deshed and bath and they look great. The facility is clean, easy to access and they were quick and efficient. Definitely will be back for boarding and daycare! Thanks for loving my pups!
Pooh Bear loves going everyone is so kind.
Always nice helpful staff.
Everyone on the staff here is amazing. This was our first visit to get Charlie groomed and Nicole was so wonderful with him. We will be back for sure for grooming and boarding!
We boarded our 2 pups for the first time and could not have been more pleased. Jack and Dixie will see you again in May!
My dogs came home happy and tired 😊
My three dogs love going to Pawms of Huntsville. We always have an amazing experience. Thank you to all the staff for such a wonderful experience.
My dog is ALWAYS so excited to come stay with them and leaves so tired every time!! I got daily updates with pics and videos and the sweetest thank you card after his visit!
We love The Pawms Huntsville for our dog and cats! I feel CONFIDENT leaving them there.
Extremely professional and friendly staff. I can tell my dog enjoys her visits. Also smells clean which can be a task when dealing with alot of dogs.
We have loved our experience with The Pawms! The staff is attentive and knowledgeable. My dog always looks great when they groom him, and we know he is well taken care of when we board him. I really do recommend them to my friends and family!
Great staff.
Our dogs have a great time and it really feels like the employees care! The receptionists are always so nice. I love getting to see the fb reels
We absolutely love the PAWMS! The staff is amazing and easy to work with. They are very accommodating and attentive to everything your fur baby needs. We are regular day care attendees and our dog cannot wait to get out of the car to go in once he sees the building. We have boarded several times with the PAWMS as…
Me and my girls love this place! The staff is amazing and always as accommodating as possible! Since so glad we found the Pawms!
Henry, our aging pup, spent a full week at Pawms and returned home as his happy, clean, fluffy self. I really appreciated getting updates and photos while we were away. 5 stars!
We boarded our two older Great Danes at PAWMS Huntsville and have nothing but great things to say about them! They were in contact everyday with us for updates and pictures. One of our boys wasn’t eating at first so we had specific food delivered and they sent me the managers direct number so I could let them know…
Oscar looked great after his grooming!!
Maizy thoroughly enjoyed her stay. She looked so happy, and I could tell she had a wonderful time playing and meeting new friends. They sent me daily pictures, and I was even able to go online and watch videos they had taken. This was my first time using The Pawms Pet Resort, but it certainly won’t be my last. Thank…
They went above and beyond cleaning up my two giant floofs!
We have always had good luck with and have been very pleased with Pawms. This is by far the best Gus has ever looked leaving there. Thank you guys so very much.
Clyde LOVES everyone at Pawms! He gets so excited when he gets there! Thank y’all for being so awesome!
Had my dog in there for a couple of weeks. He came back happy and bathed, so i will be taking him there again.
My two dogs loving coming to the pawms!!! I love knowing they are receiving the best care and I love the videos the facility posts. My dogs have spent several weekends here boarded and they always have the best time. They also give the best baths and my dogs leave smelling fabulous. I will continue to bring my dogs…
Amazing! My dogs are always well cared for when I go out of town, treated with love and groomed to perfection. Thank you!
Love this friendly animal loving place. Great place , wonderful people and great service!
Pawms is the best! Our hound, Friday, has the best time and always comes home warn out. There are also a lot of great activities for the dogs. The customer service is amazing. Everyone who works there is always helpful and smiling. I cannot recommend the Pawms enough!
Our dogs love going to the Pawms for boarding. They come back happy and clean (with or without a groom—which they are also great at). Drop off and pick off is super easy and fast. There’s always someone at the front desk. When we do one-on-ones for them (day care isn’t an option for our socially awkward pups!) we…
Nice facility, you can tell they love animals and love their jobs. Very clean and professional. Convenient location to downtown. They also offer grooming.
Pawms pet resort took great care of our fur baby while we boarded her. My pup typically gets pretty depressed when we board her, and Pawms was great helping her adjust. They mixed wet food with her dry foot when she wasn’t eating to help encourage her to eat, which was a winner. They sent me photos of her which was…
I absolutely love this facility for my Zeke. Wonderful staff and I personally want to give a special thanks to Jennifer!
I have never in my 7 years of having Jax had a better grooming experience than I did here. I’ve lived in multiple states, and no one would take him because of how many mats he had and how big he is. In the past, groomers would either turn us away, try to shave him, or refuse to bathe him without offering any…
