She narrowed down options quickly and made adjustments as needed very efficiently. I felt like she understood what our priorities were right away…

We had a great experience working with Sarah and The Phinery on the redesign of our primary bathroom and powder room. She took our inspiration ideas and turned them into beautiful spaces that feel completely right for our home.
My husband and I often have different tastes and priorities, and Sarah was especially good at helping us find a shared vision and make decisions we both felt good about. We truly love how both bathrooms turned out.
Sarah also oversaw the contractors during the remodel, and her attention to detail made a huge difference. She has an excellent eye and creates spaces that are both beautiful and functional.
I was so happy with the bathrooms that I later hired Sarah to design my home office. Once again, she did a fantastic job bringing my ideas to life. I would absolutely recommend Sarah and The Phinery to anyone looking for thoughtful design and help guiding a project from the first ideas through installation.

Lost my business even before I set foot in the door. Witnessed one of their staff being an absolute Karen to a shuttle bus driver because the bus was temporarily parked for a couple minutes blocking their driveway (nobody came in or was blocked during this time). Apparently the staff here don't have anything better to do with their mornings.

Hi Alex,
Unfortunately, the blockage has become a routine issue with this particular bus, almost daily. We have a large staff and tenants who all park in our dedicated parking lot, coming and going frequently. We therefore cannot have access to our parking lot blocked at any time.

The Phinery Team was wonderful to work with, and I’m very happy with the final outcome of our project. Their design expertise is excellent, and the end result reflects that.
My only suggestion for improvement relates to the collaboration process. The project cadence felt somewhat rigid, and I didn’t feel fully involved until the later stages, once most of the design hours had been incurred. I was conscious about project budget, which may have contributed to this misalignment, but I would have appreciated a bit more flexibility and engagement throughout.
