Mihai is very responsive. Treats the properties to purchase like he is the one purchasing it, so you will know you will get the best ideas and best advises there is because he wants his own property to be pristine as well. We purchased a new home and sold a home with Yoana. I would highly recommend her services for both buying and selling. When we purchased a new home, she knew the agent and helped us get the house we wanted despite some competition (and the agent being on vacation). When we did the walk through, she was awesome at spotting things that we did not see and helped us understand what the process was. I liked that she gave us options for the inspectors to use and commented on her own experience with them, but did not shoehorn us into using "her guy" like other realtors.
When we sold our house, she helped us be prepared for the current market. She talked about the pros and cons of getting an inspection before hand and recommended two handy-mans who could help us handle the work needed to get the home ready. Because we needed to do some minor repairs, our timing of putting the house on the market was tough, so she helped us time the entrance of our house and helped us be prepared for the various ebb and flow of potential buyers.
For both selling and buying, she was really on top of communication with us. She respected the times we were available and followed up with texts as we preferred or calls if we requested them. She knows the market well and helped us understand expectations going forward. Again, I highly recommend her services!
