** Highly recommend Tommy Fahey!** My wife and I worked with Tommy Fahey of The Redbud Group on our new home purchase in Lowell, and we couldn't have asked for a better agent. His responsiveness was outstanding. No matter what time we called or texted (early mornings, late evenings, weekends), we could always reach him, and he got back to us quickly every time. When you're making one of the biggest decisions of your life, that kind of availability means everything. We never felt like we were waiting or left in the dark. Tommy was also honest with us from day one and gave us straight answers, even when they weren't what we wanted to hear. He took the time to understand what we actually needed and put together a list of homes that truly fit us, saving us a lot of time on places that wouldn't have worked. He knew the market well and spotted a great opportunity: a builder looking to move a home quickly. We ended up getting it for about 25% below the appraised value. Chris Young was both professional and personable. He didn’t seem to let anything bother him including searching homes in 95 degree heat! Shanequa Perry is the best realtor I’ve ever had. She went over & beyond for every situation I was put in or faced. She was always patient and helpful when we visited homes or was setting up viewing! She was always honest and blunt about her feelings about the property and she handled it professionally! I wish I could give this 100 starts because I promise you she deserves them all! She even went out her way for us to put her commission on the line to help our cash to cost decrease so her we would be able to close on the close date😘 And here we are closed and she still handed out gifts from her kind heart!!!
