Reviewers highlight the engaging, hands-on nature of the rolled ice cream classes, noting the clean environment and energetic instruction that suits both families and adults. Customers frequently mention the affordable pricing and the inclusion of keepsakes like certificates and aprons. However, a recurring criticism involves the strict punctuality policy, where arriving even slightly late results in denied entry or no refunds, causing significant frustration for those unfamiliar with the location.
