First time here and understand why so many awards are given! I have an insecure rescue and they took the time to get to know him and his likes and dislikes ! Plenty of communication and photos. We felt at ease and are sure this will help our pup grow and become a confident dog! Fantastic staff that is happy, helpful and very knowledgeable ! Thank you 🐾
My little Grace girl had the best time! Thank you so much for having her! I can’t wait to bring her back! Plus loved all the pictures taken during the day !!
All the staff is super nice. They really care about the animals.
Fantastic staff!
This was our second time using The Ruff House for our dog. The first time was great. He seemed to have had a great time with no issues when we brought him home. Not sure what happened this time but we had quite the opposite experience. When we picked him up after four nights, we were told he’d had an accident so…
The Ruff House is outstanding - everyone there is friendly and professional, and my dog absolutely loves going there. I can’t say enough about how amazing the Ruff House is ! Jay
We love the Ruff House & the ladies that run it. I have a neufoundland who has gone there for about 3 years now. I will never go anywhere else. I love the facility & more so love the girls who love on my baby
My fiancé and I are so impressed with our experience at The Ruffhouse. We took our Golden Retriever in for his temperament test, and then after he got approved for daycare, he stayed 5 nights over Mother’s Day weekend. He was newly neutered, so we were worried about him, and The Ruffhouse made sure he was properly…
I have a shelter dog, very shy and skittish. He had his temperament test and I boarded him one night at the Ruff House. I had no trouble getting him to go happily back into the building. I don’t know what they do with the dogs but they seem to really love it there. And that makes me love it there! Gary has been…
We just had our first experience here and couldn't be happier! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. I really appreciated the halfway-through-the-day check-in; it completely eased my nerves to know he was doing well. When I picked him up, they even shared pictures of his day,…
I really cannot say enough about the trainers and people at Ruff House. We have a chocolate lab not quite 2 years old, he has, well issues. The trainers and wonderful people at Ruff House have been most wonderful, helpful and loving to our Riles. They identified his issue with a crowd of dogs and his need for…
We had an outstanding experience with daycare and boarding at The Ruff House Stay & Play at Greenbrier for our dogs, Chai and Cruiser! The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. From drop-off to pick-up, we felt completely confident that our pups were in safe, caring…
Reuben's first visit and he adjusted well. The staff was attentive and very nice. We will use them again.
We love The Ruff House! Mac thrives in Enrichment club and group play! They take the time to get to know your dog and work on their needs. Boarding is easy and we feel very safe leaving him while we are away! They treat him like family and love on him.
Great staff, organized, and keep you informed including photos.
We love the ruff house! We were nervous about leaving our pup for the first time and the staff answered all of our questions and our concerns. They texted us throughout her stay to update us, and even did a weekly weigh in to let us know she had lost some weight and offered to give her some extra protein! We always…
My dog always has a great time and the staff is the best!
My dogs love The Ruff House! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I have one dog that is a social butterfly which loves everyone and all dogs. But my other dog is timid/nervous with anything/one new to her. I love that they have an option for her so she gets to enjoy daycare as well. The staff is working…
Always happy to drop off my baby. She loves it there and they practice manners on a daily. Very strict as well to ensure everyone s safety including the staff. It's clear that everyone there loves what they do and cares like it's their own pets.
