Dave is an amazing and dedicated professional to work with. We had a project where we discovered an issue, requiring us to fix a pipe before completing the full inspection. Dave stayed with me the entire time, explained exactly what needed to be done, and even returned afterward to ensure everything was correct and the final test was completed successfully. His expertise and patience are extraordinary, and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a professional inspection.

If you need a septic inspection performed prior to buying a home, Dave is the man! He's extremely reachable, professional, ON TIME, pleasant and walks you thru the entire inspection, answering any question that you may have. He followed up with a well prepared report annotating any issues, and included photos. A great guy, and reasonably priced.

I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Dave is great to work with!! He and Chris were very thorough and explained everything they were going to do, where everything was located and what the go forward maintenance is. Dave answered every question we had in detail and we left feeling very confident and comfortable with the report. I would recommend Dave without hesitation.
