My experience with The Sleep Factory was phenomenal! Gary was extremely informative and friendly, and was a huge help start to finish while I searched for a new pillow. We bought a Tempurpedic mattress and power base. It’s been over 30 days and we are very happy with the choice. Great experience! We were looking for a replacement mattress and Gary spent significant time helping us hone in on the right mattress for us. He was a wealth of knowledge about the different types of mattresses, the comparisons and the technology. He was super patient insisting that we spent time testing different mattresses to find the one that felt the absolute best. He also spent time showing us the many features of the adjustable base. We are super happy with the new mattress and adjustable base we settled on. The service we experienced was amazing and the delivery was next business day. The guys who did the delivery and setup where also top notch. We will be contacting Gary for all of our future sleep needs.
